We did not go to see the vultures, and the safaris was a drive around town in the dark. I could of done that myself. I had booked other tours with this company due to disorganization they didn't happen. How to ruin a hoilday. They driver was friendly the fault was mismanagement

We would like to clarify that you booked the Moonlight & Stargazing Safari (evening departure around 18:30), which is a night drive close to victoria Falls . This experience is very different from our Vulture Culture tour, which takes place around midday and focuses specifically on vulture feeding and conservation. We did contact you prior to the activity to reconfirm the booking details. As we offer several different safari options, each clearly described with timing and focus, it’s important these align with what guests are looking for. Regarding your comment about other tours: we do not have any record of additional bookings under your name that did not take place. We take such claims seriously and always aim to resolve any issues promptly and transparently. Wow, what an experience! We have been all over the world-but this has been the most memorable of all Airport Transfers. No, it wasnt really JUST a pick up, it was something else. Really glad we have chosen this option, you really arrive and feel on an African Safari right away, and leave to the Airport as well with the Safari ambiance. Thanks to Savanna Adventures and knowledgable guide Prince Tee. Well done guys!
