Itinerary

Greet your guide at a prearranged Vancouver location: effective foraging locations vary depending on the season and weather conditions, so the exact spot is confirmed a short time before the tour.

On arrival, greet your guide and listen to a brief talk on foraging practices and the forest environment. Then, as a group, venture into the dense beauty of the British Columbia forest to seek out nature’s bounty.

Discuss different mushrooms species with your guide and seek out porcini, chanterelle, and chicken of the woods varieties before strolling to a designated spot to feast on foraged foods.

Eat delicious dishes prepared by an expert chef and learn handy tip to maximize the flavor of foraged foods. Your tour concludes at a prearranged location that is disclosed at the time of your tour.
