A very unique and rare experience! Getting to fly over Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake was such a cool way to see so much more than by car or foot. Neil is so personable and a great communicator pre-tour. He is an experienced tour guide/pilot and does such a good job explaining the plane, the surrounding area and finding the animals on the island. I’m so glad I found this experience and hope to come back and do it again someday!

Neil was the pilot for this adventure. He really enjoys his work. Flew over Antelope Island & the Great Salt Lake. He explained the formation of the island & pointed out the wildlife. He let me navigate the plane while he did a video of his passengers. Great experience. Would recommend.

Our flying tour of Salt Lake and Antelope Island was amazing. Getting to the airport and checking in was easy. The flight path took us over mountains where we could see elk before heading out across the Salt Lake and then around Antelope Island where we saw bison, antelope, and coyotes.
I highly recommend this unique tour experience.

Highly recommend that you take the time to enjoy this unique experience! We were visiting SLC for a college tour and this was a fantastic way to get an overview of the surrounding area. A beautiful afternoon of gliding over the lake, viewing herds of Buffalo and taking in the gorgeous spring weather. Take the time and make a reservation - it was absolutely worth it!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Neil is a professional pilot, and we flew on a Cesna 170, which made the experience unique and personalized. If you are an aviation enthusiast, love sightseeing or dream of getting on a flying car, this is your chance!! He will teach you a lot aviation and the city in an incredible friendly environment. I'm looking forward to take this tour again sometime. Note: Be aware that reviews are sometimes shared by different third party's websites, so that you can find the rest of the reviews and pictures in those websites as well, also, take into consideration this booking ia totally private to you and your party, and that's usually expensive, even for a short flight, therefore, this price was very convenient and I strongly recommend treating yourself or your loved ones with this amazing experience!

A few years ago, while my wife was travelling for business, I drove all the way around the Lake. Most of the water-level view was just bad, but there are some locations where the views are great.
Still, after living in SLC for 10 years, she said she hasn't seen the lake up close. And so, I booked this aerial view of the Lake.
Neil met us at the south regional airport, introduced us to his small plane, and off we went. We flew over Magna, then over the lake to Antelope Island, around the island, and then back. About 30-40 minutes. We saw herds of antelope in the hills above Magna, bison and coyotes on Antelope Island, and flew very low over the lakeshore. Really a great tour of the lake for $300ish.
My wife commented that it was a great overview of the lake, and now she doesn't need to go to the lake to get lake-level views.

Five Stars. Even if you only have one day in Salt Lake City, this is a must-do. Incredible scenery, and a highly experienced pilot - which is so important. I come from an aerospace background and felt entirely safe. The pilot has a deep knowledge of the area and it's sights and geology.

This was one of the most fantastic rides I've made. Neil was great, super helpful and clear in the communications before the event, and excellent during the ride, providing rich information on the environment, the wildlife, and the salt lake life. We saw buffalos, jackals, elks and bald eagles, in a fantastic tour over the mountains and the Antelope island. This is a must do and I recommend it strongly to everyone interested in the landscapes and the wildlife.
