I ended up booking this tour about four hours in advance because of a mishap with another tour scheduled for the same day. I was so pleased that I was able to reserve something that last minute. Toni was a wonderful guide! He took me to exactly the places I set out to visit and several other worthwhile locations. I really liked the fact that he wore the traditional Balinese dress to made it easy to distinguish him from the tourists. I also was pleased that he listened to my preferences and customized the tour based upon what I said I was really interested in seeing. Additionally, he was a wonderful photographer, so I got some great photos of myself engaging in the various activities, which normally does not happen when I travel solo. I didn’t even have to ask him to take the photos. He generously offered at all the right times. I highly recommend this tour for those who are not only interested in seeing the sights but learning about the culture of Bali. It was so worth it!!

The driver drove 16 successful business ladies in an old van for 2 hours one way. The van’s air conditioning system didn’t work. He had a very large roach and the ladies were disgusted especially since the driver didn’t get rid of the roach. The driver decided to take us on an excursion that wasn’t on the purchased agenda which caused us not to see two of our tours. We were very disappointed. :-(

Our guide Toni was waiting for us in the lobby on the morning of our Bali Jungle Swing Experience and Ubud Highlights tour - he was early and ready to go. Toni was very polite, friendly and considerate. He kept us updated on our plans; and shared information about Bali and the special locations we visited. Toni made the day super enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend both this tour and Toni as a guide.
