Plan a day of birdwatching on Romania’s Danube Delta, one of the most important wetlands in the world. This was an excellent day all-around! Left at 6:00, saw wonderful assortment of bird species and the boat comfort and viewing were perfect. Our guide and captain were knowledgeable, patient and flexible to our desires. A wonderful lunch in Mila 23. Watching Terns feed on Mayflies with Pelicans riding thermals up high and Swans gracing the lake's perimeter--it was a lovely day!
