We had an absolutely amazing experience with this company! They truly went above and beyond to make our day special. Even though we were only a group of two and no other guests had booked the tour that day, they still accommodated us without hesitation. That level of customer service and dedication is rare and incredibly appreciated. Captain Morgan was fantastic — fun, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout the entire trip. He made the experience both relaxing and memorable, sharing interesting information while also keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his guests and loves what he does. We are so grateful they didn’t cancel and instead gave us such a personalized and unforgettable tour. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience with exceptional hospitality!
