My trip was cancelled at 9:30 the night before we were to go out. We booked it through Viator and were very let down.

Hi Kevin, like we said when we cancelled your trip, that there unfortunately was an mix up in our booking system, the trip you had booked was already booked by someone else months before your booking, and therefor we had to cancel your booking. We tried to relocate to other providers for an tour but without any luck. We are so very sorry that this did happen, and of course refunded you your money back. We absolutely understand your disappointment.
