We had the best time on the Yacht with Adam and Co. We had an infant with us and they were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. It was the best tour that we had booked this trip, really worth going on small owner operated tour, you can't beat the smaller group size and their knowledge of the boat and the area are unsurpassed. Highly recommend this tour 😊

Fantastic cruise with very knowledgeable guides, Adam and Megan. The yacht Faith is a fantastic vessel and we even managed to turn the motor off for a bit and sail her properly.

We had the best time on the Yacht with Adam and Co. We had an infant with us and they were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. It was the best tour that we had booked this trip, really worth going on small owner operated tour, you can't beat the smaller group size and their knowledge of the boat and the area are unsurpassed. Such a great and personable crew, along with the beautiful scenery and ship, made this an experience that was well worth it!
The day was perfect - clear and sunny skies, the water was fairly smooth, the boat ride was relaxing and a little breezy! Paul and Jackie were a blast! Jackie’s commentary along the hike was great! Funny and she pointed out fun tips of plants, wildlife, the area and New Zealand history along the way. It was an easy hike, with some lulling hills but they handed out walking sticks prior to start if anyone wants them! So the hike can be done by most people able to walk without difficulty. The snacks were lovely! Each passenger got a plate of their own little snacks! On the way back, sails were hoisted and passengers were offered to take turns for the opportunity to drive or steer the boat back to the docks. There was a full ship of 16 passengers on the boat for our afternoon sailing and I was pleasantly surprised we all had room to spread out and find a place to sit. If sunny definitely bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, just to protect yourself from the elements:) but the views were stunning as all the mountains were out. It was perfect! Highly recommend!
The crew were very friendly as well as knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. We had tasty snacks and delicious wine. It felt like we had all the time in the world to enjoy our excursion with a very personable crew.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon cruising Lake Te Anau on the Faith. The crew were friendly, welcoming and attentive to all 12 passengers on our cruise. We sailed across the lake to some mound islands in an arm of Lake Te Anau where we had a very pleasant buffet tea. Later we went on a walk through the forest to the Hidden Lake with a highly informative commentary by one of the crew. On the way back we enjoyed a period of steering the boat whilst under sail. This was our second cruise on The Faith in four years and it won't be the last.
Both Adam & Megan were very knowledgeable on the history of Faith and of the nature surrounds. A very personal experience, highly recommended.
Both the skipper and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and ensured we had a comfortable trip. It was such a lovely, peaceful afternoon, and I learned so much on the brief nature walk! Would highly recommend

Paul and Adam, our captains, provided the best customer care sharing the story of Faith, the beautiful vessel, serving tasty afternoon tea and showing us the beauty of the lake. A short nature walk brought us to a spectacular mirror lake. This trip was the highlight of our trip to Fiordland. Thank you!

The forest walk to the mirror lake was exceptional. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The old yacht is certainly a classic piece of history. A totally relaxing and entertaining experience. Highly recommended!
Our trip on the beautiful Faith was wonderful. From start to finish. Adam and Jenny gave us such an enjoyable experience. Definitely will recommend it.

Fabulous relaxing afternoon boat trip on the beautiful historical Faith sail boat with motor. Captain Adam and first mate Ginnie were both charming and very informative. Adam share stories about the interesting hipster of the boat while sailing and Winnie provided us with elegant canapés and drinks (all included) Ginnie led us on a short hike midway through and shared her great knowledge about the flora and fauna. They put up the sails not he way back to harbor and it was a quiet, beautiful way to enjoy the gorgeous views. As a bonus, Captain Adam played the bag pipe on the way back!
The whole trip start to finish was perfect. The lovely slow pace on the beautiful old boat, the forest walk and the attentive crew made the trip truly memorable. Another highlight was being able to explore the boat including the engine room. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone
The gracious crew who served us well and allowed us to fully enjoy the peaceful cruise with wonderful views of the lake. The afternoon tea was excellent. As there were only our family onboard we got to have a turn at steering the boat and helping put the sails up. The crew did very well indeed.
This cruise experience is the whole package - from the charming, historic yacht itself, to the classy food and drinks on offer, the educational, scenic walk to the Hidden Lakes to, most important, the friendly, attentive service from, and interaction with, the fabulous George and Adam. The hosts really make this into a super, unforgettable afternoon. Highly recommended!
What an amazing time we had. George and the crew were fantastic, knowledgable, helpful and very friendly. We even got to sale and drive the yacht. I am so glad we didn't go to Milford Sounds.
