Was a Brillant cruise on the Scottish built sailboat faith with Megan and Adam. The boat is their love child and the history behind Faith is very interesting. The actual sailing around Lake Te Anau was nice and relaxing with some great nibbles and a nice red and champagne provided. If in Te Auau would highly recommend the cruise.

An Epic Evening

This was absolutely fantastic. Adam and Meg run such a novel experience on their 90 (!!) year old sailing yacht. If you are one for boats and history like I am, this tour is absolutely perfect. We did the evening tour with multiple rounds of champagne as well as some small yet delicious bites as Captain Adam told us about the history of the boat. The views from the lake are stunning of course but the main attraction is the beautiful ship. Overall, it was a very unique and lovely evening!

Wow! What a beautiful evening. Adam and Meg were amazing from the moment we walked onto the pier. We were given the very interesting history of the boat of which Adam really wants to continue its legacy. What a fascinating past it has had. We had flowing drinks and canapés as we gently crossed the lake as the sails were hoisted. The absolute treat was Adam playing the bagpipes out on the water. We felt like we were treated as friends along with a couple we met on board. Would recommend this to anyone. Definately on your to do list.

My husband and I had a great time! The scenery was outstanding, Captain Paul and First Mate Jackie could not have done a better job in showing us the beauty of Lake Teanu. A Must Do in Te Anau!

This was a perfect way to end a long day! The captain was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the ships history. When I eventually make my way back to New Zealand, you can bet I’ll be doing another cruise!

Unfourtunately, the weather did not allow to make the cruise and the operator candelled it. I rated it five stars because the operator warned on time to change plans abd the weather conditions were really harsh to navigate.
