Big disappointment!

Giving a 3 star only for Nicholas our driver who took us around. Guess he did what he was told to do. He gave us insights on the places and gave good suggestions. But a big disappointment on the Viator’s side. Not all places in the city tour mentioned was covered. The most most important place which is Gregory Church and Kazbegi was omitted from the trip. Now we were told that it’s not done during winters. Then why put it in the itinerary on the website/app!? I’m sure if your customise it for winters the price would reduce too.. This package was mostly having a car and a driver who took us to main places. INR 60000 for 2 people is crazily overpriced! I do book this seeing the reviews but this is my honest review. Please check every detail before booking.
