Would highly recommend this activity. The chance to cycle down the Catalonia mountains was one not to miss. Especially as the hard work was done for us in that we didn’t have to cycle up hill first!
A great way for us to spend the morning and break up our week in Salou. Our boys aged 20 and 17 said it was their favourite day - mountain views, fresh breeze and pine tree smells as we cruised down.
The host were fun, charming and exceptional in their knowledge of the area and adapted the tour to give us a bit extra and suit us.
A great way to spend some time away from the beach/pool xxx

Safety is assured, by the experience of Manfred & Katherine. It is a fun day out, with beautiful scenery, quiet roads under excellent leadership & guidence. Care is taken to choose the right BIKE, for each individual, ensuring. a comfortable ride. Thank you Manfred & Katherine for the experience, company & Local history lessons.

A fantastic excursion for groups of friends and families. Knowledgeable guides Manfred and Katherin looked after us really well, good pick ups a 5 minute walk from our hotel then 20 mins or so drive to the mountains to choose out bikes and gear. Several cycling stages with water breaks, mostly downhill on good tarmac roads that you take at your own pace, through villages and scenic areas. Really good fun with a lot of laughs too.

Fantastic experience. Cycling downhill was exhilarating and the scenery and pretty villages enhanced the experience. Our hosts were lovely and we finished off our perfect afternoon with a cold beer in an authentic local pub. 100% recommend

This tour was the absolute highlight of my holiday. Fantastic hosts..very health & safety conscious. Made my 16 yr old (who wasn’t keen in the first place and struggles with the heat) totally at ease and checked on her throughout. Bit of history thrown in about the area always interesting! Amazing route and scenery with easy riding, ending in a local bar for much needed refreshment and a nice end to a lovely experience.

Was a little worried about there not being too many people on the trip based on the number of reviews but we had a really nicely sized group of 18 with a truly diverse range of ages, from toddlers all the way up to the upper end of the spectrum shall we say. The guys did a fantastic job of catering for everyone and were witty and interestingly knowledgeable about the area and people. The cycling itself was absolutely fantastic. You can go at your own pace, whether you want to lean into the corners at high speed and go right at the front like myself or have a more leisurely journey nearer the back. A van runs ahead while another one trails behind for support if you are having problems with your bike, are injured in any way or just need a rest. I had a ton of fun on the course which has some incredible views and lovely winding roads which are enjoyable to navigate.
If I had to make one criticism it'd perhaps be the price. It's hard to know without comparing it to anything else but, for the duration, 35 euros feels a little steep to me. Nevertheless I don't regret paying it at all because it was one of the most enjoyable mornings of my holiday. Would definitely do the all day tour if I visited again.

Une bouffée d'air dans cette usine à touristes qu'est Salou. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'humour jovial de Bob et ses acolytes, ne changez rien! Bon il faut quand même un tout petit peu parler anglais pour suivre les instructions et commentaires, mais ça nous a fait réviser
