We had Wilson as our driver and he was incredibly friendly! Clean van as well. Easy pick up from the ferry. Wilson even let us stop and take a picture at a scenic stop area.

Never picked us up or...

Never picked us up or another couple from the pier to the hotel. Luckily another tour operator offered to take us along with the other couple. So that was the reason for the 4 star because we also used them for the return to the pier and the airport which went very smoothly.

Easy Pickup - just know your ferry ahead of time!

Pickup from ferry was seamless. I was messaged three days prior by the transportation company and asked which ferry I was on. When we got off the ferry there were several tour companies there with signs with last names. All of the guides worked together regardless of company to help you find your shuttle driver which was really neat to see. It was easy to find our name and our driver took us to his van. He helped us with luggage and off we went! Very easy and straight forward. For parents wondering about car seats. We were traveling with our 18 month old daughter and did not bring a car seat. Shuttle advised us they did not provide one and she could sit on our lap. We went with that option to avoid bringing a car seat as we had very minimal driving planned for our entire visit. Every shuttle taken it was not required. However if you’re more comfortable with your child in a car seat, you’re welcome to bring your own or rent at airport and shuttles were equipped to install.

The driver and van were right where we needed them to be when we got off the ferry from Tahiti. Dropped off a couple of people before we got to our hotel and then drove us to our hotel. Would absolutely use again. I was hesitant with only a few reviews at the time of booking but am so glad we went with this company. And on a Sunday to boot. Thank you!

So glad I found this transfer. We arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, and our driver Gabi was waiting there with a our names on a sign. He let us know where to grab our bags and helped us to the shuttle. Our stay was a bit further (Moorea Beach Sunset) and this transfer saved us a lot. He was also very informative during the drive, letting us know history and suggestions along the way.

Our shared arrival transfer went very smoothly and according to the plan. The airport pick-up was outsourced to Moorea Explorer in a cozy black minivan. Communication with the tour-operator (Tahiti Nui Travel) was very accurate and timely. We highly recommend this service further.

I did know what to expect. Our flight was delayed about 5 hours, so I did not know how I would find our transfer to the hotel. When we arrived on Moorea a woman was holding a pad with our names on it and directed us to the office and than the bus. The return to the airport worked well too.

I'm so glad we found this ride. Thank you once again Viator for finding this for us. I looked everywhere online and thought I would have to hire a private car or rent a car about 500. It was a relief that this was so inexpensive and since it was so close to the date I had to call them to book instead of online. They were very helpful and friendly.
