The boat was small with a driver that only put out one line and boated us around for 3 hrs, the only water was a large bottle that was warm and already open. After three hours of nothing we went to the reef area and caught to small guppies. Really!! The price was way too much. I would advise anyone the book a fishing experience with your hotel. Oh yes the main driver had a dog but his hand so we got number two. They were both spear fisher man and there was a tournament going on…which I’m sure the main driver was competing in that day. Ps this is the first review I have ever written,, but I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake

Hello, I’m Vehiatua owner and the main captain of Tahiti Ocean Adventures. I’m very upset to read your review but it is what it is. I’m very sorry about your fishing day but my second captain is a really good fisherman not also spear fisherman and said that as soon as you got out of the pass you guys were scared and not confortable to go out there so he had to deal with your fears and try to make you tour as smooth as possible and found a way to make your kids happy while fishing close to shore. I’m sorry to teach you that fishing is not granted, sometimes the fish is not around and you come back home without any, that’s why we call fishing and not catching. And to let know I really got attacked by a dog a bull terrier and almost lost a finger, I was at the hospital getting surgery the day of your tour. Something else you have to know is that we’re not liars in Tahiti. If you want to be refund no problem for me just contact me by email but it’s not cool to break eggs on the local community like you did. Thanks Vehiatua
