All passenger arriving from cruise lines will be picked up and returned to Liberty Pier, 90 Esplanade, Sydney, NS B1P 1A1. All other passengers can be picked up and dropped off at a custom location in the Sydney area. We make sure that our tours coincide with the Port's schedule so that all of our cruise customers can enjoy their time in Cape Breton without having to worry if they will miss their boat. Please confirm your ability to reach location before booking.

Do not book. Not real company. Viator may not refund

Despite having a fully paid booking and a Viator confirmation number, no one showed up for the tour. Called and messaged the tour company multiple times with no response. Called Viator, who attempted to contact the tour company, with no success. Viator’s final solution was to email the tour operator and have us continue to wait. Unfortunately, this really messed up our day in Sydney and prevented us from getting to the skyline trail due to all the time wasted waiting around for this bogus company to show up. After waiting to no avail, I called Viator about a refund. I was informed that “it is within 24 hours of the tour so it is outside the cancellation period for full refund”. Huh? So I should have known that the company would no-show and cancelled 24 hours prior to the tour?!? As it stands now, I am in some sort of appeal process where Viator decides whether they will refund me for promoting and selling tours to a company that appears to not exist. Still waiting.
