The Palace was very interesting but the tour was poor. Firstly it was shambolic at 10 am getting into the Palace so many people arrived at the same time. Felt the tour lacked professionalism compared to other tours going round at same time. When our guide finished we latched on to another one which gave us much more info.
This company does a great job, offering a professional and friendly experience, while a great value. Loved how conversational our guide Nella was.
The tour of the palace was good although it was very rushed and hard to keep track. You definitely need more than an hour on this one

Oliver was our guide, and his enthusiasm, humor, and knowledge far surpassed our expectations. He is passionate and honest about Swedish history, and made every stop along the way an enjoyable moment.
We really enjoyed the tour. Oliver was our guide. He was very cool and an hour flew by. We learned so much from him.

unfortunately one of the tour guides did not show up so our gal had two groups which was way too crowded. The palace itself is nice and there's lots to read but this tour is just a walk thru overview. You can go back thru on your own, but we would just skip the tour and do it on our own next time.

It was the worst Viator travel experience that I have ever had. The tour had over 30 people in it. That was about 20 overcapacity. The guide did the best she could but most of our group had difficulty hearing what she said. I did hear her say that another guide had a last minute emergency so 2 groups were combined. This is the peak of summer season . Why would you NOT have a back-up plan for a substitute tour guide? Poor management. Everybody in this group of 35 should get a REFUND due to poor experience.
Wonderful tour and lot’s to see. You can visit additional places after the tour ends which is nice. Our tour guides Tuva and Kerem were amazing! They always made sure to wait for us along the way as my mom cannot walk very fast. Kerem even carried a chair for her so that she can sit down between stops. The wonderful team really cared for their guests. Highly recommend.
Description of the tour was very accurate. It was an introductory tour of the palace & then free time to explore on our own.
Guide was not very knowledgable and rushed us through the guided part of the palace tour. It seemed like a good way to “skip the line” but would have been better to buy ticket and go on our own.

A pathetic experience
Rushed visit, there were 60 of us for an English-speaking guide who didn't wait for everyone to be present before quickly rattling off her speech.
Contrary to what she told us later, our ticket did not allow for a visit to the treasury; we went down and the person checking us confirmed that we did not have access to those rooms with our ticket. She told us that, in fact, it was not the first time this problem had happened with this operator, Viator.
We are very dissatisfied with this visit. We should have booked via the museum's official website
