It was not exactly as expected based on the description of this activity. It was really more mountain biking on gravel rocky roads in Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, not e-biking in vineyards. Very beautiful mountain views, but definitely more rugged riding, not casual. We did go to one vineyard and it was beautiful. We had a great time regardless and our guide “G” was wonderful!

E-bikes are great fun and not physical.

Visited two amazing vineyards.
Looking for a break from drinking wine so we mixed it up with bike riding. The athleticism level required was low, just be comfortable on a bike. The pedal assist took care of any hills. They had step-through models available which we prefer. Guide was Prince and he was super friendly.
A brilliant way to visit the wine farms, even if,like me, you're not an avid cyclist. The e-bikes are definitely a win!

E-biking through the wine country is definitely the way to go. What a beautiful, scenic and fun way to enjoy a few wineries. Our guide was terrific! He chose excellent wineries for us to go to and made sure we were well cared for. He, himself was very interesting to talk with and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and we did! I highly recommend. Also, if you have any worries about e-biking, it was our first time and we all now want one. So easy and any age can enjoy the ride!
Absolute top recommendation - the guide was a charming & entertaining young man, the kit was high quality, the route was flexible, the views … ah, the views … amazing. The wine farms were all beautiful and exceptional. All the superlatives don’t do it justice. Really, truly, despite the heat, one of the best things we did in SA.
A really wonderful day, our guide Nico made sure we were well looked after. He assisted my wife who is not a cyclist and made sure she enjoyed the day. Loved the wine tasting and would do this again.

Es war eine tolle Tour. Leider gab es bei der Buchung ein Problem, ich habe für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht und angegeben das wir einen Kindersitz benötigen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, obwohl noch genug Zeit war, konnten wir die Tour nicht am gewünschten Tag durchführen, aber wir haben ohne Probleme einen anderen Termin bekommen und konnte Sie machen ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Unser Kind (4) hatte Spaß, das er selber auf einem Fahrrad für Kinder, welches mit unserem verbunden war, mitfahren konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien. Einen Kindersitz war auch zur Verfügung. Man muss lieber im Vorfeld mit dem Veranstalter Kontakt aufnehmen die Buchung. Das ist aber kein Problem. Unser Guide war sehr freundlich und hat sich auf unsere Wünsche eingestellt.
