We had a great time with our short time here due to us running late. Our host still made sure we got the full experience of the history of each rum. We had the opportunity to get a second taste of the rum we preferred to drink. You will have time to take pictures and walk away with a drink for the road. We will book this tasting again when we return.

Patrickson was our host for the rum tasting experience and he did a fantastic job!. He filled in for the original person who did not show up and I am so happy he did. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Patrickson. He was friendly, personable and FUN! I can see him outgrowing his current position and doing bigger and better things!!! My sister and I are very grateful to Patrickson for showing us a great time.

This was a non-event. Someone met us in the jewelry store, walked us through one room behind it that took less than 10 minutes, and then gave us a few samples. This was not a tour in any definition of the word. This was not worth $3.50, much less $35 each.

Operator would not respond days prior and day of to confirm details (like time as not in listing). Searched for the location for over and hour. Contact is not in service/doeant exist. Asked many locals around thee area, who had no idea and had never heard of the place. Did find one place, but they claimed it wasn't them, although photos matched the employees in this business. Tour should be removed from Viator completely.

The Rum Tours has been proudly operating on island for almost two years, and our rum room is located in a restored historic barrel house tucked behind our jewelry store at #1 Main Street — a “hidden” location that we love bringing back to its original purpose. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with the booking platform that did not include the confirmed tour time, which created confusion for both you and our team. We did have a guide scheduled and waiting that morning, but we completely understand how difficult it must have been for you to find us without the correct information.
