Immaculate boat with a very professional captain. We were able to island hop all day between the US and BVI (78 total miles) and visit multiple beaches, the baths, snorkeling at the caves, with sea turtles, and ship wrecks. Wonderful information about the area. Easy to follow instructions on how to get to the boat. Highly recommended and a great value for the adventure. The boat could take up to 10 people, but we had it to ourselves for a party of two. Started at 8am and ended at 4pm.

Amazing trip! Captain Bryan was superior, knowledgeable, stopped everywhere we asked and did an amazing job keepingus entertained!
Don’t eat breakfast before- Bryan dealt with customs for us and let us know where the good breakfast spot was while we waited an hour or so for that to happen. The other option is to be drinking in the morning at Foxy’s while you wait.
The kids had a blast on the boat and we got in some amazing snorkeling- saw a turtle, a ray, lots of urchins, lots of beautiful fish, and interesting coral/plants. The service at the lunch place is really slow, but the scenery can’t be beat and the kids can hang on the beach/in the water while you wait.
We missed the baths, but I’m glad we opted out of the extended trip because 8 hours was a lot of boat for us lol

Sounds like the snorkeling delivered—turtles, rays, urchins, and tons of fish are what make the waters around the US Virgin Islands and BVI so special. And you’re right, sometimes the pace at beachside lunch spots is a bit slower, but the setting makes up for it.
Also totally get skipping The Baths—a full day is a lot, and it’s all about choosing what works best for your group.

Completely customized for our interests! It was a perfect day! We hopped from island to island and they took care of everything.
Only wish the boat had more shade.

This was an ideal family day on the water. Andrew was so thoughtful and had everything well planned before we arrived and the day was seamless. We don’t get that much family time all together because of the kids busy lives, so it was so amazing to have this incredible day together that was meticulously planned for us so we could just relax. Even with all of the planning Andrew was able to tailor the trip to exactly what would be the most fun for us as the day unfolded. We would 100% book this exact charter again.

Capt Andrew picked us up Cruz Bay at 8 AM sharp and we headed straight to Tortola West End to beat the rush at BVI customs which can be a long wait. This allowed us to have time to go to the Baths at Virgin Gorda, Norman Island for lunch and snorkeling, and still have time to stop at Jost Van Dyke and get drinks at Soggy Dollar! It’s best to go on a day when there’s no cruise ship at Tortola so that the crowds at the Baths are not bad. Andrew was very accommodating and family friendly for my family of 6. His boat had plenty of room for 6, but it does travel fast and you feel the waves and may get wet. But it’s worth it to get to your destinations efficiently.

We had a fantastic time on this excursion, and our captain was very fun and friendly. We did a lot of excursions over the course of our week-long stay, but this is the one that we couldn't stop talking about. If you have to choose only one thing to do while you're staying on St John/St Thomas, this should be it!

Had a great experience! Captain Andrew was very informative and accommodating! we were nervous considering we had 3 little ones on boat but captain Andrew made us feel comfortable and welcomed! We went from St.Thomas to The BVI and we are so happy we booked because it was perfect, no better way to do it then a private charter through Bonus Time charters.

We had a wonderful experience! If you are on the fence, you should absolutely book this trip! Family of four - two boys 8 &10 went out Tuesday August 20th. Easy departure from marina in Red Hook. We powered over to Tortola and Captain Andrew handled customs check in. Took about 20 minutes (low season). From there we visited the caves, the Indians, pirates bite beach (restaurant was closed but good sea turtle viewing), jumped off the pirate ship, went to the Soggy Dollar and the sand spit. It was nice that we could decide how much time to spend place to place. The Soggy Dollar was a really fun time - gorgeous gorgeous beach, decent food, fun vibes. The snorkeling spots we hit were awesome and the boat provided fins and snorkel gear. While motoring between spots Captain Andrew played music. The scenery was just stunning and the ride was so awesome. We had a quick check in with customs on Saint John and then back to the marina in St Thomas. It was SO MUCH FUN. The boat provided water and a cooler for your own snacks and beverages.
If you are price sensitive do take note of the extra fees - fuel surcharge (around $350), customs fees $80 pp and of course a tip for very excellent service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Andrew, our Captain, was wonderful! He was able to coordinate our trip so that we were able to successfully do everything! From our trip to the Baths, lunch in Norman Island, a stop at Jost Van Dyke for a drink at Soggy dollar and even some snorkeling...we never felt rushed! It was the best private experience ever! We were able to see and do so much! We were truly grateful for the experience. Highly recommend!
