Make your way off the ship and proceed to the taxi area outside. Your driver will be awaiting you with a sign bearing your name and that of the company. Look out for him and he will do the rest. We pick up from the Docks in Castries, Soufriere, Rodney Bay & Pigeon Island.

Once we found our driver, we had the most amazing day. Our driver/guide made sure we had the best experience. He went above and beyond and included an extra stop at the Botanical Garden to see the Mineral Waterfall that wasn't even on the itinerary. 5-star rating for our driver/guide Shem.

Our driver Duri was punctual, attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable of the island history. He was a very good driver getting us around all the highlights advertised on this trip. Nothing was a problem to him and as an added bonus he is a great photographer. As we were approaching the end of the tour he asked if there was anywhere else we would like to see and we as enjoy going to the local supermarket wherever we are so he took us to one to check out.
A lovely young man who made our day in St Lucia just that extra bit special.

Great 5-6 hour excursion. There are a few charges to pay to get into certain things but it is advertised.
The tour guide which is also your driver was friendly, helpful and took us to all the places we wanted to go. Excellent time. Definitely recommend.

Duri was our tour guide and boy did we have a lot of fun during our tour with him. This was a private tour so he was able to tailor it to our needs and then some. He was able to book us a chocolate making experience at a chocolate factory at the last minute, which was awesome. He also took us to great places to take pictures. he is very knowledgeable and proud of his country. He is kind and also got us some treats during out tour. overall a great experience and will definitely take the tour again with him/this tour company.

The guide was absolutely amazing and gave us so much information about the island !!
It is a very long ride (2hrs) to other side due to horrible road condition. The hike is difficult and not worth the $10. You cannot swim at the waterfall. There is a huge line and you get a few seconds under it . The water is only knee deep.

Had a fabulous tour of the South Western areas of the island with our fabulous driver, Curill. He was such a great guide, so friendly and knowledgable about what we would be seeing. We took in many spectacular viewpoints such as the sulphur springs and Toraille waterfall, with great views of the Pitons from Tet Paul Nature trail. A great experience for my wife and I, so thanks again to Curill.

Duri was a great driver/tour guide. He modified the tour to meet our requests to not do the hike and went to a botanical garden instead. Duri provided lots of information about St. Lucia.

Had a great time at the sulfur baths. Cool experience to get in water heated by volcano. Then a shower under a cool waterfall to top it off. Driver was outstanding and good photographer. Name was Dury.

We had the absolute best day experiencing the island with Duri! He was a wealth of knowledge regarding everything about the beautiful island, he is very personable, friendly, and even was flexible with curating our day itinerary so that we got to see the Pitons from Sugar Beach which was on my travel bucket list. The hike to see the twin volcanos was very nice, along with the panoramic views and the ride to the waterfalls. We enjoyed getting in the water, although it was cold.

We had the best time on our tour with Duri! He was so informative about every area we drove through and went above and beyond taking care of us. We loved our hike by the Pitons and had great views all around. The mud baths were great and the waterfall was spectacular! We seemed to arrive everywhere before the buses so we had no waiting. Beautiful Island, fabulous people, and a great tour/driver/photographer in Duri! Highly recommend this tour.

Where to start?!Gilbert was the perfect guide. The Island is stunningly beautiful and the people are just as beautiful. We loved the fishing village and the Volcanic mud pools and Mountain waterfall!!

The so called tour guide was a glorified taxi driver. Had nothing much to say and when he did couldn’t hear him. We were not advised of extra charges for mud, waterfall and volcano. Just rode around for four hours. Looking to my credit card for dispute when I return.

Perhaps when selecting a tour you verify what's included and whats not and whether its suited for you since you are advanced in age and have limited mobility.
The exclusion section clearly states that entrance fees are not included in the tour and this is stated on your ticket. When that was brought to your attention, you didn't want to do any of the attractions because of the "extra charge." The driver made other suggestions but you didn't want to do any because of the additional cost, within $3-$10 USD range.
You were shouting out to your husband anything the driver said because of his lack of hearing and there's only so much higher our driver could raise his voice since he will not be shouting at clients during a tour. Probably a hearing aid will help significantly to avoid shouting.
After the waterfall attraction which you mentioned was your favorite part, you got into a drawn out arguement with your husband in front of our driver for several minutes which you claim was out of frustration. It appears you are speaking negatively of our tour in an effort to get a full refund for a service that was provided to you, imagine that.
In any respects we do hope you sort out your differences with your husband and hope you enjoy the rest of your cruise. All the best.

This was a great tour, would definitely recommend if you don’t have much time in St Lucia or just want to do a few things in the one day. We had a great time, Duri our guide was brilliant, really informative, helpful, and went out of his way to get some great pics for us and tailor the route to places we wanted to stop. He was very personable, and it felt more like a day out with a friend than a tour guide, even ending the tour with a bit of karaoke. He made it a fantastic day and made us want to come back and spend more time in St Lucia. 10/10 would recommend.

Our guide Marvin was waiting at the port with our name on a sign. He was a careful driver and supplied snacks, water, beer and soft drinks.
He stopped so we could see a beautiful view of our ship and explained different trees and towns along our way. Stopped for pic of Pitons and we elected not to do the nature trail as he said is steep and at our age we didn’t want to chance getting hurt.
We stopped at the volcano, and then to the sulpher springs and mud baths. My husband said he wasn’t going to do the mud but when he saw how fun it was he loved it and we felt good afterwards. We rinsed off and brought a towel from the ship that we sat on in his clean SUV.
The waterfall was closed to everyone due to a rain shower earlier and paths too muddy and slippery. We then decided to see the waterfall at the Botanical Gardens and it was beautiful.
Marvin stopped and we shopped at a local roadside stand where he knew them. I bought a handmade wind chime.
He made sure we were back at our ship at least 1-2 hours before we had to board.
I would recommend this tour.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Marvin was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the island and everything St.lucia had to offer. The Volcano (mud baths) are definitely worth the drive. His company was enjoyable, and he fit right in with our group just like a friend showing you around the island. He knew almost everyone along the way which came in handy when we wanted to stop locally for some fresh fruit, and with figuring out where to go when we got to our desired excursions.

Before our cruise day at St Lucia, Durand communicated clearly thru emails, promptly picked our family of 5 at port in beautiful SUV, & shared western island highlights, frequently stopping for photos of ship & Pitons. He delivered us to a steep hike in TET Paul Park, then to beautiful botanical gardens with waterfall, followed by swim in a waterfall near a volcano. He is certainly a 10 of 10 guide.

The tour was very nice and we did enjoy seeing St. Lucia. The only items that weren't as advertised the drinks and snacks provided. We had counted on these items being provided as listed on our detail reports and didn't bring either one. After stopping at the first stop, we then had to buy water since it was so hot. At no time did the guide offer to buy them for us since it was his responsibility to provide. This tour isn't cheap and I feel that if a service is advertised it should be included.

Disappointed that you could simply have a conversation with your driver about water. Snacks are not included in the listing so that's definitely you looking for something to complain about. Your driver went above and beyond even when your wife said you'll weren't feeling too adventurous that day. You only wanted to do one attraction but he offered to bring you to a restaurant so you could have more time to relax. You even offered to pay for a drink even when he was going to cover it. So I'm baffled as to this rating. As all our previous reviews attest to our service is of a 5 star standard and this is what we will continue to provide regardless.

We had a wonderful day exploring the island with our brilliant guide. We saw the Pitons, hiked a trail led by a representative of the local eco community and bathed in a waterfall. A perfect introduction to the St Lucia and will definitely be back to visit in the future!

Great guide (Shem) and very interesting tour.
The hike to stairway to heaven was great and Shem always took care of everything, including beer. Comfortable tour in a large, clean SUV.
