- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some preexisting medical conditions (eg. asthma, heart conditions, etc.) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- Do not book if you have any serious medical issues
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Complimentary pickup and return is for Only northern to western island locations. If you're staying/arriving in southern or far distance locations, you need to make you own way to the dive shop in Marigot Bay.
- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- All passenger heights and weights MUST be advised at time of booking
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Minimum age is 10 years
- Customer should include their hotel name and indicate whether they need our free pick-up from the north of island. Pick-up time varies for all locations.
- Not recommended for travelers with asthma, high blood pressure or take medications.
- A medical doctor's approval is needed if you wish to dive with a medical issue.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

This was amazing! The dive master and his crew are all so friendly, informative, and incredible people. We had the chance to dive and snorkel, tons of added bonuses. The homemade lunch was so tasty. Our dive master taught us all kinds of stuff, and the whole team pointed out all kinds of neat stuff in the ocean. I don’t know how there is a single negative review, from pick up to drop off - this is one of our favorite excursions ever.

What an amazing experience! This was my first time diving and the crew made me feel very comfortable. The dive spots were beautiful and I can’t wait to get certified now!

Awesome experience! I had been diving before, but my husband was trying it for the first time. Andre, Alvn, and crew were kind, fun, safe, and this was incredible! Beautiful fish and reefs- we loved it! We went with some certified divers on the experience as well, and Alvin took us for an extra dive at low cost! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the experience. I wish they would've told us that we would be snorkeling and diving rather than just diving which is why i rated this a 4. The snorkeling was beautiful but just so happened to be the identical location we were in the day before. We were advised we would be snorkeling prior to diving on the boat out to the site. Not ideal. We would've brought our own snorkel masks if we knew. The masks are older and leak slightly. The pook review could be done in the shallow portions of the ocean. Less painful on the knees and less confusing. Otherwise beautiful trip. Very patient dive masters.

The dive instructors were friendly and helpful plus the reefs were beautiful and full of fish and we even saw a turtle! This was our first time scuba diving and it was an experience like no other!

we greatly enjoyed our ocean kayak trip. It was beautiful and we went up the river as well. We also saw a lot of fish on our snorkel activity. our guide was attentive, pointing things out to us.

Gorgeous dives and great dive master! We saw tons of sea life including lobster, octopus, eels and amazing tropical fish. We were surrounded by the most beautiful scenery and dovevat the base of gorgeous mountains. Epic experience.

The dive itself was great. Saw wonderful reefs, however, the whole operation is so disorganized. The dive instructor took the people out who dived before out first and spent a lot of time with us on the padi drills but then spent no time with our friend who has never dived and blew through the padi drills at superspeed with another person. We were also on the boat with all the snorkelers who took precedent on the excursion. The lunch provided was good and the dive was again wonderful but I probably wouldn’t do it again here.

We are new to scuba but have dove at a few locations. This location is by far the best, it was like swimming through a Nat Geo movie with millions of fish and coral surrounding us. Pickup was a little disorganized and my wife felt ill from the boat exhaust, but the diving and the crew were awesome.

I hadn’t been scuba diving in at least 10 years but the hosts gave me a quick refresher and took me to a wreck dive of a ship that sunk in 1986 and it was breathtaking! We saw hundreds of fish and beautiful coral life including puffer fish, barracudas, eels and more! Would definitely do it again in a heartbeat. We were also able to snorkel in the first section of the tour before we got to the diving area and saw more coral and colorful tropical fish.

Highly recommend this company due to how gracious they were in the circumstances given our vacation. Our scuba excursion was supposed to occur on a Monday but, due to weather and low visibility, they reached out to see if there were any other days we could do our dive to improve our experience. We were able to move it to another day without any issues but as the day approached I ended up falling ill and could not make the scuba tour morning of. They had already set out transportation to come get us (we were staying at an Airbnb) but I called and was able to speak with someone directly. They were kind enough to give us a refund for this and I never had any issues with communication or planning despite numerous changes. My husband and I hate that we weren't able to actually enjoy the excursion but we will undoubtedly be booking through this service again the next time we are visiting St. Lucia. Fantastic customer service and kind staff!

If you are going to snorkel you need to book with Viator. Not only was the kit great quality the local knowledge was really interesting. Our guide is really respectful of the natural world and everything that is done is done with care. We felt very safe as beginners and would 100% recommend. The fish are so beautiful and the coral amazing shapes and sizes. Thank you for fun experience that will stay with us for life xx

My daughter, husband and I went on this excursion as first time divers. We were pleasantly surprised by our instructor, Andre. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about training us how to dive for the first time. He made sure we understood everything he was teaching us. We started diving in the shallow by the beach and worked our way down to 40 feet below the ocean. It was beautiful to see how the sea life lives and all the coral and reefs etc. We even seen a moray eel! The schools of fish were absolutely stunning! When we got back to the boat, his wife had made us a delicious lunch, which he brought along on the boat. We would definitely do this again! We had a wonderful time!

Amazing experience for first time scuba diver. My son 14 year old had a great time. Instructor was very helpful and funny and made the experience more fun and not scary. For people who wanted to snorkel these were good spots as well

We did the beginner dive. We have done this a few times in the past and I know from experience that I am going to have a panic attack. Our divemaster was patient, stayed with me and didn't give up. After while I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I also liked the fact that it wasn't a big dive boat. There were only 8 of us and of those only 2 who dove the rest were snorkeling.

Andre and Dillon were fantastic! Very patient with beginners like us, and made us feel very at ease. Extremely polite and wanted to make sure we had the best possible experience and we sure did. For anyone staying on the island and want ti give scuba diving a go, I highly recommend Andre and Dillon. Oh and also, the lunch was absolutely delicious!

Andre and Dillon did an outstanding job. My son and I decided to try scuba diving as we had never done it before. Andre picked us up from the hotel on time and explained what to expect and safety protocols on the ride to our departure point. Everything was done as you would expect from a professional. We enjoyed our first dive, 45 minutes underwater, and we look forward to doing it again in the near future. If your in the area and want to dive, they will not disappoint.
Bonus…Andre’s wife makes a wonderful lunch.

booked the trip in the morning ran my payment right away. asked for pickup time never got a response, sat in lobby hoping for the best and no one ever came

I am sorry that you did not get to do the tour that you booked. As you rightly said you booked your tour in the morning - one hour and twenty minutes before the departure (which should not have been possible - we have since fixed that issue on our booking platform). We did call your phone number listed but got no response and we also sent an email message asking for your hotel name to try to do a pickup as the message I got at the time didn't have your hotel name but got no response. We later emailed the booking company explaining the situation and asking if wish, you can re-schedule or get a full refund but we didn't get any response. Without a response from you we would not show up at your hotel the next day as we don't know your plans or schedule but we did hope you would have called to re-schedule either directly or through the booking agent. Since you didn't book this tour directly with us (we have not received any payment), we had no objection with them giving you a full refund (as mentioned above). A simple phone call to our listed number could have resolved this situation.

My two daughters and I contracted Dive Fair Helen for our St Lucia Beginner Scuba Diving Tour. I am pleased to say we are very happy we did. It was an amazing experience. The tour operator Andre and his son were excellent. Andre was sure to be very thorough while teaching us the basics. We never felt uncomfortable above or below the water. The dive master Andre was ALWAYS keeping a very close eye on us. While underwater we got to see an amazing array of fish, beautiful coral formations and the super clear Caribbean water. This was a perfect first scuba diving experience for us and I would recommend it to anyone visiting St Lucia that is interested in scuba diving but has never tried it.
