It started off a little bumpy. The ocean is the ocean but our driver and Romirez made light of it and it quickly ended, we were able to see the pitons and travel to sugar beach, beautiful views, stunning time, truly thank you so much for the experience. Can’t wait to do it again

Amazing experience! We truly enjoyed Captain Glen and Dave. Good conversations & very knowledgeable. Saw beautiful sights along shoreline and a fantastic sunset! Plus a full moon! Can’t beat that. He was very prompt on pickup and great at not making fun of us on how we boarded the boat!😊. Overall we would recommend this tour. Just be sure to ask about additional fuselage charges. That was the one thing that caught us off guard. If you are aware of all pricing up front it makes a smoother transaction. The boat was very nice and comfortable. And Dave did a great job taking pictures for us. Also was nice that they played my music off my iPhone! Take the tour and enjoy!

Was a lovely ride. Was great to hear some stories about the island while enjoying the amazing views. They went out of their way to avoid rough waters and rainfall and still gave us a wonderful tour. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Seeing the island, and especially the Pitons, from the water was as impressive as anything we saw from the Tet Paul hiking trail.
Glenson and the team put on an amazing tour. Brilliant entertainment, local insight, a caring approach, giving us the choice of which areas to explore throughout the 2 hour cruise, and a free choice of alcohol throughout the trip.
The boat was immaculately presented, well maintained and clean, with plenty of space to move around whilst also keep in the shade if persistent sun becomes too much.
The views and photos from the boat were some of the best we saw throughout our week-long holiday.
We had an amazing time overall and would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an entertaining or romantic trip, or just a different perspective of the island!

Glen our boat driver was very friendly he made a safe right for us fun. Let us put are own music showed and taught us some of the part on the island with the ride. If I had more time could have fished with him make sure you guys don’t miss that opportunity with him. We he took some nice pictures for us .His co-partner serving the drink was nice also. Was a very nice boat ride would do it again when I come to Saint Lucia

I’m sorry if you are upset, but it is entirely unfair to leave a review for an experience you never had. I will be contacting Viator to request the removal of this review, as you did not attend the sunset cruise or any tour with us. According to Viator’s policy, reviews should only be left for tours that were actually experienced.
On the day of your scheduled sunset cruise, I contacted you by phone, and we confirmed a time (5:00 PM) and meeting location (Cafe Ola in Rodney Bay Marina). I even sent you a picture of the building with the sign. Despite this, you failed to show up at the meeting point. I made multiple attempts to contact you—8 calls, an email, and a text message—but received no response.
At 5:30 PM, I received an email from Viator, not from you directly, stating you are requesting a change of date, which came well after your scheduled meeting time. The boat captain had been waiting since 4:30 PM. As per Viator’s cancellation policy, changes must be made 24 hours in advance.
We have worked hard to earn our excellent rating on Viator, and it’s unfortunate that you did not show up for your reservation.

Yes, they showed up at the hotel dock on time, but some weather had moved in and 10 minutes into the trip, the weather turned fairly nasty, rainy and windy. when we got out of Rodney bay the wave action kicked up quite a bit and he had to hug the shoreline so to speak but continued on.....I am a previous boat owner and they should of called the trip...My Wife was pretty scared the weather persisted for about 75% of the trip...they certainly could read weather reports....my belief is they needed the money and were doing the trip no matter what.
The alcohol provided was crap too......The guys were nice enough, really the first mate was the only person speaking for the most part.. Overall because of the experience we thought it was a complete waste of money and we didn't feel comfortable or safe in that weather.

Your primary complaints seem to stem from the weather, which is beyond our control, and the rum. St. Lucia is in the tropics, and the weather can be unpredictable. The boat was on time, and the crew offered you the option to wait out the rain, but you chose to proceed. The captain, with over 25 years of experience, adjusted the course by hugging the coastline to ensure a smoother ride. If conditions were unsafe, Captain Cletus would have called off the trip. As a customer, you have the right to cancel at any time before or during the trip, especially considering your wife’s discomfort. The crew provided your wife with his rain gear to help minimize her discomfort, which shows our commitment to your comfort and safety.
I believe your reluctance to cancel the trip stems from your knowledge of Viator’s cancellation policy, where you would not have received a refund. As for the rum, the drinks we provide are clearly listed in the product description. If you desired different beverages, you could have reached out to me after I sent you the initial welcome email or brought your own. The local Piton beer and Bounty rum are made here in St. Lucia, and I find it disrespectful to refer to our local drinks as “crap.” However The crew did confirm that you had a couple of beers on the trip.
On a positive note, I’m glad you acknowledged that the crew was nice and that we were on time. However, I want to be clear that we strive to provide the best possible experience, and your feedback should reflect a fair understanding of the circumstances.

I chose the sunset boat cruise for my husbands birthday and it was simply wonderful. Glenson was so professional and kind from the very start, answering any questions and queries. The boat cruise itself was so nice, we got to see the sunset and taste a delicious local rum. Glenson provided a lot of detail about the island, its people and culture which was all very interesting. I highly recommend doing this experience when in St Lucia as it’s definitely an unforgettable one.

Small boat - was suppose to be 2 - 3 hours, was only 1.5 hour and then they wanted additional money after paying $150 US each. Would not recommend. The two crew members were nice though.

Thank you for booking with us! I understand you had a great time on the boat, minus the misunderstanding. As a tour operator and fellow traveler, I urge that you read all the details of the experience before booking so that expectations are clear.
Firstly, as per our TripAdvisor listing for the sunset cruise, the itinerary clearly states that it is two hours long. Your tour was scheduled to start at 5 pm, but I reached out and asked if we could start at 4:30 pm since the sunset occurs earlier this time of year. This allows for a relaxing experience as you enjoy the sunset. You agreed, and we set off at 4:30 pm. The tour concluded at 6:30 pm, which is exactly two hours, and we returned to the starting point as it was getting dark— for both your safety and our staff’s safety.
Secondly, in your review, you mentioned our 25ft boat as a “small boat.” We actually offer two boat options for the sunset cruise, and it seems you chose the smaller, more affordable one. The “small boat” is fully capable of providing a comfortable and enjoyable sunset cruise, as our past guests have consistently experienced. We also offer the most affordable private sunset cruise on the island.
Thirdly, I understand you were disappointed that you didn’t get to see the Pitons. However, sunset cruises that depart from Marigot Bay do not go to the Pitons due to the distance. We do offer other experiences, listed on our TripAdvisor page, that include views of the Pitons. Please note that our sunset cruise listing does not promise this view.
Lastly, there was no attempt to collect additional money from you. As per your booking, there was a $30 USD fuel surcharge that needed to be paid at the end of your trip. Afterward, our crew kindly reminded you of this, as you had forgotten to pay it. I encourage you to carefully review the booking details for all future bookings, as this helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures both parties have clear expectations.

Our amazing crew was Cletus and his son Silas. We had an amazing time with these guys. So much information about this beautiful island. They showed us so many of the sights. I would recommend this tour to any and everyone. So intimate and private. Just Martha and I. This is a must do when visiting St Lucia. Stay away from the huge boats that have hundreds of people. This tour is for you and you loved ones. Absolutely beautiful and Amazing. I will remember this forever. This is our 20th wedding anniversary and I can’t think of a better way to spend it!

Dreamboat tours with Silas and Cletus made our 20th anniversary a wonderful memory. They had champagne for us which was vert thoughtful. They met us right on time at Reduit beach and were so helpful and patient with me getting into the boat. We headed south and Silas pointed out all of the points of interest. At the southern point of our ride we went under an arch which was amazing! Silas was great about taking pictures with my phone even when I didn't think of it. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Wonderful evening!!!!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for something special. Silas and Cletus were amazing hosts. It was our 20th anniversary and they did everything to make it special including champagne. They picked us up on Reduit beach right on time and were so patient with me getting into the boat. They took us along the shore south and Silas pointed out interesting sights along the way. At the northern end of our tour we went through an arch which was very cool! Silas was always on it to take my camera and get great photos even when I didn't think about it. It was a wonderful evening we will never forget. I would definitely book Dream boat tours again

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the sunset cruise with Silas and his dad! It was a little pricey, but I think overall worth it! It was a cloudy evening, so we didn’t get the full sunset experience, but it was still an amazing evening. Silas was communicative and took lots of great pictures for us! We got awesome views of the coast and the open sea and had our own private tour. Very memorable experience!
