Far from luxury…

Far from luxury. Was picked up in a very small vehicle that could barely hold my luggage. Had bottles rolling around the floor of the car at my feet. Playing rap music with cursing. And the air conditioning on blast. Speeding throughout the ride as well.

My dear, you were a single passenger pick up, we could not have sent a luxury vehicle for a one person pick up because it would be more costly than what was paid, when you book online here they take at least 30% commission so when we have groups or couples we cater eats and drinks because they pay additional for the service after they have booked and i have a discussion with them. Your luggage fit so perfectly in the back didn't have to force it in but i guess you wanted a bus to collect a one passenger transfer? I am sorry that my bottle of water under the seat bothered you, i keep that so incase a client needs to wash their hands or anything while we are on the road. A playlist from spotify was being played and i am sure you clearly noticed that anytime a song came on with curses i changed it. Furthermore you could have asked for the ac to be turned off because i asked you if you would like fresh breeze or ac to which you said you are fine. If the ac was off then your complaint would be the ride was long and hot right. I stopped at a point and offered you to get out to stretch your legs, offered to buy you a beer or juice or water. When i picked you up i asked if you would like something to eat. To which you declined all!!! Your attitude towards me from the time you got to the car and said "so i paid all this money and you are not even gonna put my bags in", when you saw me clearly tying up my hair which was loose and getting in the way, for me to lift the luggage up, i already expected you to leave a review complaining about nothing, cant please everyone can you?! Any client who has had me as their driver before can testify that i dont speed, if you call speeding overtaking a slow vehicle then i guess you dont no how drive. I would expect better from a woman to woman. I hope god bless you dear to be more kind to others, there will always be those like you.
