Only benefit was getting through ck in at airline. No benefit at tsa ck point it was super fast for all. Food in lounge not so great and very small selection. Would be better and cheaper just to pay for hotel transfer,food,beverages.

While we strive to provide the best possible service, expedited Fast Track service is not offered by the airport authority in St. Lucia. Therefore, this is not a service we provide. We appreciate your comments about your experience at the Lounge. Please know that we have already shared your feedback with the airport authority team.

Not very good nobody there to meet us with card and nobody to take us to lounge not great service we had booked and paid for transfer which was great and on time but the rest we booked we didn’t get

Worth it!

This is hands-down something I would always book when traveling to St Lucia. We had a nice complimentary lunch there - soup, sandwiches, wine, beer, etc. - away from the crowds. This was especially good since our flight kept getting delayed. There was a wifi and several places to charge our devices. We definitely had a comfortable lounge in which to wait while everyone else sat on hard plastic chairs.

I would do again if I go back.

The food is not that great better options in the Airport food court. But it is comfortable and great air condition (not like the main area of the airport - they leave the doors open a lot down there) I would do again if I go back.

Saint Lucia Fast Track Departure and VIP lounge a must

We arrived at airport to see long lines. Viator rep met us at our van and took us through the checkin, immigration and security so fast. We could see some nasty looks from people in the long line, but we paid for this service and it is sooooooo worth it.

We rode in the back of a Audi. It was a little cramped for my husband. But he was fine. Our driver took the back roads to avoid traffic. He even asked if we wanted to take a picture of the peaks on the way back. The fast track was simple. The lounge was everything. You sit in comfy seats and are serviced light plates along with beverages while you wait on your flight. It was worth it!

We really loved the two level catamaran tour to Soufriere. The staff was amazing and the boat ride was so nice. They had a great commentary on the tour. The only negative is that the bathrooms were horrendous and unusable. If they get this bit fixed, I would highly recommend this tour.

The process was quite unorganized and chaotic given the amount of people at the aiport on a Saturday, but it ended up working out. The VIP lounge is very nice and was worth the expense.

The pick up time changed without being informed. The cars are very small and uncomfortable. Once at the airport the person to escort you was busy we stood outside waiting for 15 minutes. Once in side the process was even longer we stood waiting while he juggled us with 3 other couples for 45 minutes just to check in the luggage. The other stops were quick and we finally arrived at the VIP section which was nicely furnish and air conditioned out food order was taking and we hit drinks from the bar… with all that being said would i rebook the answer is yes only because the lines there are ridiculous and it took them 2-3 hours in the traditional line but if you don’t mind the wait save your money.
