What To Expect
Glide above the picturesque mountain town of Squamish—and enjoy panoramic views of Howe Sound, Squamish Chief Mountain and Shannon Falls—with this admission ticket to the Sea to Sky Gondola ride.
Start your ride at the gondola basecamp, picking a departure any time that works best for you. Before you board, take advantage of the on-site café, children's play area and shopping. Then climb aboard your comfortable 8-person gondola for the ride to the top.
As you glide into the air in your Austrian-manufactured gondola, take time to absorb the incredible pine tree-covered mountain scenery down below. You'll likely be able to spot notable Squamish-area attractions below.
Once you arrive at the top, take time to explore the area at your leisure. Take a walk on one of the nearby hiking trails, or check out the Sky Pilot suspension bridge. If you're feeling hungry, head to the Summit Lodge Restaurant and the nearby tea house, where you can purchase food at your own expense.
When you're ready, make a return ride back to the bottom to finish your trip.

It is very relaxing if you choose. If you want exercise there are amazing trails. There is no rush for arrival time. Good service.

Absolutely fantastic! The views are beyond amazing. Not crowded at all. Absolutely recommend if you’re in Squamish. The staff was so nice and pleasant. Good gift shop for souvenirs. Will definitely do this again!

There was mo option to select the date. when I purchased the tickets the system automatically gave me december 26th. We were going there on december 25th. I had to purchase four more tickets on 25th when we arrived. I am waiting for my refund for these tickets I gave viator a call and explained the situation.

Breath taking and Fantastic views. Loved the ride up and down. Spent 2 hours hiking the trails, suspension bridge then sat down and had a beer in the expansive deck for eating and drinking. Weather was beautiful and the temperature up at top was approximately 10 degrees warmer.

Great gondola ride ,signage to gondola not good from the north for an overseas driver .
We did a short walk up the top but could see it would be great for a family walk and picnic

It is so beautiful you definitely shouldn’t skip this one if you are coming near by, we drove from Downtown Vancouver, BC it was about 1hr and it’s a beautiful route. Gondolas are smooth and food there is great

Definitely worth it. At first we thought the gondola ride was it but there are a bunch of trails you can explore as well a suspension bridge. Plus they have really good matcha at the cafe.

I wouldn’t recommend booking this ahead of time because the weather can change quickly and we were socked in with clouds, rain and fog, leaving very little to see or do, and making it a big waste of money. The cinnamon roll at the summit was very, very good, and there is a nice gift shop.

A spectacular ride up & down. Some relaxing walks. Beautiful scenery. A nice ginger bread hot chocolate at the top. Gift store over priced. Eg: A common peaked cap normally sells for $10 was $55.

Felt a bit scary initially but was totally worth it and would have been a loss if we didn't do it. The Shannon Falls is also a beauty. The walk itself, to the falls, is a must do.

We arrived in a down pour and was told we'd have to wait to see if gondola would be ok to enter, waited and hour then left. Was told they don't cover bad weather changes. No refund. We lost $300 for nothing. Never again and we will surely tell all pur friends.

Gondola ride takes 15min, view is gorgeous. Lots of trails to hike, less in winter. Some steep trails are slippery, requiring special shoes add on. I didn't see the sunset, but I bet it would be breathtaking, so go when it sets.

Beautiful scenery made easily accessible by gondola ride to the top of ridges with trails of all levels. Well signed trails and careful design gives a lot of room for visitors to disperse if they want. Definitely worth the ticket.

We had a perfect day for the gondola ride. Felt totally safe going up and coming down. The view from the top was exceptional. The facilities at the top were great. From a coffee bar and light munchies to the lunch counter and liquor bar, it was well worth the ride up. Swing bridge gave access to many trails.
