This was a great rafting experience! Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 11-20) did the family friendly rafting and it was a great first rafting trip. The guides were safe and knowledgeable and provided us with tons of information about the area while treating us to a fun time! The scenery was beautiful and we all took advantage of dipping in the cold river which we’ll never forget! The pickup and dropoff at the hotel were a huge plus and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the area!

Guides were great and the river is beautiful but they added a family of 5 to my family of 4 on a boat where only 8 can paddle so my son did not get a chance, meanwhile they took a family of 3 alone on another boat. If you’d like to paddle, make sure you ask they divide people fairly.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the rafting groupings. The group of three you mentioned had booked and paid for a private raft, which is why they were on their own. When we have 9 people in a boat on our Cheakamus trip, we can accommodate having everyone paddle throughout the trip. We apologize if this wasn't clearly communicated before or during your tour.

This was a great rafting experience! Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 11-20) did the family friendly rafting and it was a great first rafting trip. The guides were safe and knowledgeable and provided us with tons of information about the area while treating us to a fun time! The scenery was beautiful and we all took advantage of dipping in the cold river which we’ll never forget! This was the first time rafting for our family, and we all had so much fun. Our guide Jack was both professional and funny, and made the trip really fun! The scenery is stunning! I highly recommend this trip if you have never done this before.

Our family had been rafting before in colorado. This experience was much better. The rapids were fun but not scary for our kids. (Our kids are 12 and 9) It was nice that they supply wet suits for everyone even though the water wasn’t too cold.
Noah was our tour guide and he was so friendly and didn’t a great job!!

The most memorable part was when we get to go for short distance swim in the river for a little bit and feel the freezing water. We got to do it 3x depending on time and people.

Great trip, Kyla was amazing as our guide as was our driver Colin who picked us up from whistler and dropped us back at our hotel.
