We had a great experience with Viator. Our driver, Mikel, picked us up on time in Split and delivered us to Dubrovnik right on schedule. Along the way, he made a wonderful stop at a beautiful fruit stand where we were able to purchase some excellent fresh fruit. Mikel drove very well, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire journey. Highly recommend this service!

Our guide, Arsenie, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had the unusual day of rain for our tour, but he still made it possible for us to have a great day. From breakfast in Perast to enjoying the old town of Kotor, we left felling that we had enjoyed a beautiful taste of Montenegro!

Great, easy ride along the beautiful coast. Our driver was friendly and professional. WiFi is just a hotspot from driver's cell phone so connection can be spotty, but with the views you won't need to be on your screen.

Our driver Dari was great! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Croatia and provided us fun facts throughout our drive. We had a nice stop in Ston for lunch and got to Dubrovnik in about 3 hours, a nice smooth and relaxing trip! I'd recommend for anybody who is traveling from split to Dubrovnik and looking for other transportation besides ferry.

The app is ok but all transport companies are not

The Viator app works fine; but the company that picked us up (Split Transfers) was more than 40 minutes late picking us up And when we got to our destination he missed our turnoff and left us with our luggage at the bottom of a 150 foot long stairway that we had to climb to our loging. I'm not sure of the relationship between this company and Viator but avoid them.

Be mindful of your drop off point

The driver is punctual and easy to communicate with. But he dropped us off at the highest point of the city entrance. We had to carry our heavy luggage down the 100 + steep steps to go to the hotel in the old town. He should have dropped us off at Pile Gate which is the level ground to the old town. We left Dubrovnik via private transfer at Pile Gate and other visitors do the same.

The transfer was perfect. The driver arranged out pickup location in the morning, but also helped us identify the best drop off point as Dubrovnik is inaccessible by car in the city walls. We also had a great stop midway for a rest / food break which was much needed.
