Good communication with arranging time and location for pick up. Our driver Peter was FANTASTIC. We saw many sites and enjoyed his commentary about Split.

Not as expected

I had previously communicated with the host to confirm our time and meeting location. Our tour was supposed to begin at 11am. At 11:10, our driver had not arrived so I called the host. I was informed that they did not have any drivers available and that I would need to go on the tour at 1:30 or get a refund. We decided to wait until 1:30 because we planned our day around seeing the sights on the tour and did not want to deal with getting refunded. So we did the tour at 1:30. Our driver was very nice and I have no complaints regarding our experience with him. Based on the description listed on Viator, we were expecting a 2 hour tour that included 10+ sights/stops. However, our tour was roughly an hour and only included 4 or 5 stops. There are stops that are listed on Viator that were not included in the tour. So that was very disappointing. Overall, the experience was very negative. We were only in Split for 1 day and were counting on this tour to help us see the city in an efficient way. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all.

Disappointing and ridiculous!

I messaged the tour operator a few weeks ahead of time to confirm our 9:15 tour time and explained I had another tour right after. The day of the tour we were ready at 9:15, only they weren't there. We messaged after 10 minutes and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. They eventually showed up at 10... 45 minutes late. It was too late for two of us to go. The driver was very rude and unapologetic. He offered for my husband to go with a different driver in a smaller tuk tuk which he declined. We chose to just get a refund, but my husband still wanted to go, so he booked on the spot with a friendlier driver from another company at a lower price. When the original driver saw this he got upset and started yelling that the new driver was stealing his customer. Completely ridiculous!!

Igor was awesome to explore the coast of Split with! He had all of the picturesque points of the town and took photos for our group. We enjoyed our time and the views of Split and it was a different view of the area then walking through town which we did prior to the tour.
