The captain and Emily were amazingly funny and made the experience so much better. We saw at least 60 dolfins and 2 sharks. Smooth ride with lost of information like a tour boat. We've done a couple of boat rides on vacation, but this 9ne was the best.

regret booking my dolphin cruise through Viator.
When my family and I arrived for our cruise, the staff could not find our reservation in their system and initially refused to let us board. I had purchased 8 tickets for my family, and instead of enjoying the start of our trip, I had to spend a long time arguing just to prove that I had a valid reservation.
I showed the front desk my Viator booking confirmation and all of my records, but the employee repeatedly insisted that my reservation did not exist. After several minutes, she changed her story and claimed that I was booked for the 12:00 PM cruise, which was completely incorrect. My confirmation clearly showed that I was booked for the 6:00 PM cruise. Even when I tried to show her the confirmation on my phone, she would not take the time to look at it.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration for my entire family and nearly ruined our outing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through third-party brokers like Viator. I strongly recommend that others book directly with the tour operator to avoid the risk of reservation issues like the one I experienced.

Regardless of the cause, we should have handled the situation with better communication and made the check-in process smoother for you and your family.

It was pretty good. Got a huge bruise on my arm trying to open the door I spoke with host about it he said nothing he can do but I mean even a little wd-40 might help., parking was crazy during the day. So many locals use the pools and parking during the day but by evening much less people. The Murphy bed was a lot more comfortable then the king bed and the TV in the living room was really hard to navigate. But the view was beautiful, bathroom super clean which was really nice.

The boat ride is worth the $. It is very affordable for the family and it lasted nearly two hours. Be prepared to possibly get wet. The only thing I would change is either lowering the volume of the music or omitting it because it was extremely loud. Maybe it kept the dolphins away.

We didn't get to see any Dolphins because the wind which I understand so I was a little disappointed we live 4 hours 40 minutes away we couldn't afford to come back but they made experience rememberable we have fun I wish could have seen Dolphins

The overall experience was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we boarded, the crew made everyone feel welcome and ensured we had an unforgettable time. Their energy, humor, and enthusiasm made the entire tour fun, exciting, and entertaining for all ages.

Expect to get soaked. I had no idea we'd get wet on this but we were soaked. No matter where you sit you're going to get wet so be prepared. It was windy and very rocky but Captain Terry & Emily were amazing. We saw lots of dolphins close to where we loaded the boat but none out in the ocean, which was explained upfront that it wasn't a guarantee that you'll spot any but we saw several.

The tour guides were amazing. They were engaging, courteous, and very personable. We saw plenty of dolphins on the tour, my 6 year old had a blast!

This was a great trip! We enjoyed it with our children but would have been equally as enjoyable as an adults only adventure! Our captains (T&T) were amazing - very lively & had good energy. We saw lots of dolphins, a shrimp boat, some other ocean life and a few other surprises! Absolutely a must do!
Definitely remember your sunscreen because there is no shade!

Really fun tour So many DOLPHINS 🐬 could see a lot keep a respectable distance but close enough to see and enjoy them in there home. Staff was funny and keep the mood light and a nice breezey fun fast ride after seeing the wildlife
