The captain and Emily were amazingly funny and made the experience so much better. We saw at least 60 dolfins and 2 sharks. Smooth ride with lost of information like a tour boat. We've done a couple of boat rides on vacation, but this 9ne was the best.

No matter where you sit in the boat, you will get drenched. It was a nice cruise but they shouldn't name it the Dolphin cruise. I spoke with someone who had gone several times and didn't see any dolphins. The souvenir pictures are nice but expensive.

We do want every guest to know that getting wet is definitely part of the Sea Racer adventure, especially depending on sea conditions, and many guests enjoy that excitement. We always encourage passengers to dress accordingly and secure any items they don't want getting wet.
As for the dolphins, they are wild animals living in their natural habitat, so while we work hard to locate them on every cruise and have an excellent sighting rate, no tour operator can control where they choose to be on any given day. Every trip is unique, and our captains use their experience and local knowledge to give guests the best opportunity for memorable dolphin encounters.

If it's windy you might get sick too many waves this trip. No dolphins but had a marvelous time for my birthday, my sister and I got up and danced to my birthday song, had a wonderful 60th birthday trip, I've been on before and saw lots of dolphins in June

Despite getting stormed out and having to turn around the little bit we did experience was great! They offered for us to go on a later tour or get a refund. If we did not have other plans we definitely would have taken a later tour!

Even though we didn't see any dolphins and the trip got cut short due to the wind and current being too much (they pre-warned before boarding and gave us the option to choose another day or to get a free pass for anther day because of this) the trip was great! The host and the captain made it memorable and was hilarious. Music choices were great! Overall great boat experience for family and friends. You did get wet so if that isnt on your bucketlist i don't recommend but overall wonderful trip, worth every penny will be doing it again!

We were initially told it was going to be an ocean dolphin boat tour, but when we came to the edge of the inlet that meets the ocean the boat operator and our tour guide tanner informed us that due to the rough waters there would be no chance of sighting the dolphins at that given time. We were given free passes to come back for another dolphin tour another day, but upon calling the number for the tours they had told us that they will not be going out onto the ocean due to weather conditions again, we had asked for a refund due to us not getting what we had paid for but the staff wouldn’t accommodate us and we were basically just out of the 300 dollars that we had paid for for this boat tour.

The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority. When ocean conditions become unsafe, our captains may decide to remain in protected waters rather than venture into the ocean. The ocean part of the trip can offer the best opportunity for dolphin sightings however it is not the only place. When weather conditions prevent us from entering the ocean the captain will alter the route to include a longer cruise down the intra-coastal waterway to an area around Sunset Bridge. This area offers beautiful scenery and many opportunities for dolphin sightings. Dolphins are wild creatures in an uncontrolled environment therefore we can never guarantee sighting regardless of the tour route. While we know this can be disappointing, those decisions are made solely with everyone's safety in mind.
We understand your frustration regarding the weather, the inability to return on another day due to continued rough conditions, and your concerns about not receiving the experience you expected. We never want any guest to leave feeling disappointed, especially after investing in a family outing.
We would appreciate the opportunity to review your reservation and discuss your experience with you directly. Please contact our office and ask to speak with management so we can look into the details of your booking and determine whether there is a way we can help resolve your concerns.

regret booking my dolphin cruise through Viator.
When my family and I arrived for our cruise, the staff could not find our reservation in their system and initially refused to let us board. I had purchased 8 tickets for my family, and instead of enjoying the start of our trip, I had to spend a long time arguing just to prove that I had a valid reservation.
I showed the front desk my Viator booking confirmation and all of my records, but the employee repeatedly insisted that my reservation did not exist. After several minutes, she changed her story and claimed that I was booked for the 12:00 PM cruise, which was completely incorrect. My confirmation clearly showed that I was booked for the 6:00 PM cruise. Even when I tried to show her the confirmation on my phone, she would not take the time to look at it.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration for my entire family and nearly ruined our outing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through third-party brokers like Viator. I strongly recommend that others book directly with the tour operator to avoid the risk of reservation issues like the one I experienced.

We had a Great time all I can say is if its hot get in the back or middle and don’t take anything that’s not water proof trust me you’ll thank me later when that water come splashing and that boat start rocking it feels like a roller coaster on water I had as much fun

We went on Sea Racer for my birthday! We had an amazing experience and I loved every moment. From the captains, to the entertainment to the beautiful dolphins! Beautiful view!

It was pretty good. Got a huge bruise on my arm trying to open the door I spoke with host about it he said nothing he can do but I mean even a little wd-40 might help., parking was crazy during the day. So many locals use the pools and parking during the day but by evening much less people. The Murphy bed was a lot more comfortable then the king bed and the TV in the living room was really hard to navigate. But the view was beautiful, bathroom super clean which was really nice.

It was so much fun, the tour guide was so energetic. We did get soaked on the boat because we sat at the back of the boat. We did see a few dolphins jumping out of the water.

From start to finish it was a total experience… we did see several dolphins and a baby… we sat more towards the front and still was wet… very fun experience
