We booked this trip for a couple + 3Yo kid. Trip started on time at the location. Tedzto (our guide) was prepared with a child seat for the van, he was very polite and courteous all way. Please consider you have to be in good physical shape (if you bring your child you might take them in your arms). It took us 2h to climb it to the top and 1:20:00 the way down. I tracked the path and it's 3.6km each way with 450m of elevation gain. Starting at 2,100m above sea level. Again, our guide was with us all the way making it a superb experience. I will recommend to anyone.

The hike was beautiful albeit quite difficult, it's important that tbe weather is good though. Our guide was nice and responsible, but the minibus was in a really bad shape and very uncomfortable.

Driver was on pickup location at correct time and the van was quite nice and modern with AC. Guide showed us around lift area and explained us little about the park. Although there was enough time to visit all lakes when walking a bit faster, one more hour at the location would be ideal.

No es una visita guiada, simplemente es un conductor que te recoge y te lleva hasta el lugar. En ningún momento hizo de guía, ni siquiera en el transporte, para explicar cosas. Cogimos una audioguía en español y ni siquiera nos explicaron como utilizarla. Una vez llegas al parque, el guía se desentiende y tienes que hacer por tu cuenta toda la visita. Pienso que la publicidad es engañosa, como ya he comentado, no es una visita turista, es un transfer y nada más. No recomiendo reserva esta actividad.
