Overpriced ‘Private’ Tour with Poor Service and Awkward Pressure

Not worth the price for a “private group.” We booked for five people expecting to have a driver on standby so we could leave when we wanted. Instead, we were made to wait at the camp while being told “five more minutes” — which turned into over an hour. We didn’t want to watch the show or eat the dinner provided, but they still wouldn’t arrange for our departure. For the premium we paid, I expected far better organization and service. The final straw was when the man claiming to be the “owner” insisted I record a voice message saying I had a great time. It felt awkward, pressured, and frankly inappropriate — almost like a hostage situation. I wouldn’t recommend this. If you want to enjoy the ATV and maybe the camel ride, just hire your own driver and skip the “private group” upsell.
