The tour guide was very good and we enjoyed the content of the experience. However, it was overshadowed by extremely poor co-ordination with Etro Tours. I was contacted via Whatsapp on the Monday following arrival in Egypt on the Sunday night to ask if we could take the trip a day earlier than planned - on the Tuesday - it would be a 6.30 am pick up. I agreed for an hour later to be advised the flight was full so it would remain Wednesday as booked. I queried 3 times the pick up time as I had originally booked 7am. Having not received a response my 11 year old son and I went to bed assuming to be ready for 6.30am. I was awoken by my phone ringing at 23.20pm followed by a Whatsapp message advising we were being picked up at 4.15am, I was horrified. Equally horrified at the end of the day to arrive at Cairo airport and be told our flight back to Sharm wasn't until 9.15pm. A further disappointment is that it wasn't clear entry to the Great Pyramid was not included in the pre-paid trip and despite confirming a camel ride was included via Viator, to ask the tour guide on the day to take us to our camel ride - he disagreed it was included and so the Pyramid entry and camel ride cost me an additional £50.00 on top of the price of the booked trip. Hugely disappointed and would not recommend this trip, especially if travelling with children.
