So im giving this rating for the friendly and accommodating communications and not the activity, turned out it couldn’t go ahead due to some urgent maintenance/issue. Was offered different times and alternative activities which we didn’t take up due to other plans, and refund processed immediately.

Horrible tour guide and driver

Our driver named "T" who was also our guide was horrible. After the tour and on the drive back to our hotel, he stopped at this local store parking lot and told us to go inside the store to look around. He then proceeded to wash his car at the store parking lot and told us to wait. He did a full on carwash for 20 minutes while we stood outside the store in the cold waiting for him to finish. This was not part of the tour! Additionally, I also missed out on the opportunity to buy souvenirs at the Glassbridge shops. He told us he would take us somewhere else to buy the coats we wanted to get and that I can get them for a cheaper price, but on the drive back he changed his mind and never took us.

Our tour driver, Bean, was excellent—very friendly and spoke English well, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. When **Silver Waterfall** was unexpectedly closed during our visit, he quickly suggested an alternative stop at a nearby pet farm to make up for it. If you're booking a tour in Sapa, I highly recommend Bean. He’s professional, thoughtful, and truly cares about his guests having a great time.

An amazing experience on the glass bridge

We did the Sapa Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge and Silver Waterfall Half-Day Tour, and it ended up being a private tour, which made the experience even better. Although it was a cloudy day at the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, it was still an amazing and memorable experience—definitely a must-do if you’re visiting Sapa. The scenery was stunning, and the atmosphere added a unique charm despite the clouds. Our guide, Duc, spoke excellent English and shared great insights throughout the tour, not only about the sites we visited but also about Sapa and the local culture. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can, ask for Duc as your guide—you won’t be disappointed.

Too expensive for what it was

We pay 70$ per person for transportation on the tour. The driver was nice and was attentive all the time but never gave us information about the attractions. And we could have done it for much less money paying the entrance. Not recommended
