I waiting 15mins before pick up time and 45mins after and still no one showed up. I tried contacting the local company but was unsuccessful. I contacted Viator who got back to me straight away but who also could not get in touch with their local contact. Viator have handled the situation and have offered me a refund thankfully. I have used Viator many years and never had this happen.
