Itinerary

Choose between morning and afternoon departure times. On the day of your trip, you’ll get picked up from your Santiago accommodations, traveling for 50 minutes air-conditioned van to the scenic Maipo Valley and the home of Santa Rita Winery.

Marvel at the surroundings of this scenic wine-growing valley tucked beneath the shadow of the Andes, stopping to check out winery highlights including the Casa Real hotel gardens (modeled after Parisian parks) and Centennial Park. You’ll also learn some history about the area’s winemaking industry, most of which dates back more than 120 years.

After your sightseeing trip around the winery grounds, enjoy an included tasting of three premium wines. You’ll sip on the Triple C, Pehuén, and Casa Real Reserva Especial, all accompanied by a tasty cheese board, dried fruits and water to help wash it all down. Following your tasting you’ll drive back to Santiago by van, where you’ll be dropped off at your original starting point.

Waste of money

Waste of money. No one else was on the tour and we did not get what we paid for - the tour operator arrived two hours later than expected & spoke limited English and although we paid for a premium tour we only got the standard tour at the winery - no tasting of premium wines, no water, no tour of the grounds (all meant to be included). The whole thing was a shambles & we feel like we’ve been scammed!
