Nice half day tour of the caves. Informative. Not physically strenuous as only one person paddles for the canoe.

    Interesting and fun experience

This tour was a very fun and relaxing experience. Our tour guide Rommel was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The cave is amazing and beautiful. If you are looking for a slow paced, easy activity, I highly recommend this excursion.

    Paddling though a cave

Great experience if you like stalactites, and other showy rock formations. Paddling through a cave with headlamps was fun.

    Great time!

Rommel was a great guide! He gave great information about Belize, Barton Creek, and Big Rock Falls. The chicken, bean and rice, coleslaw, chips and salsa were delicious! I definitely recommend doing both Barton Creek and Big Rock Falls. Barton creek was so peaceful and beautiful! Rommel answered all our questions about the cave and vegetation. Big Rock Falls is beautiful! The trail to big rock falls has a lot of steps, but so worth the view. We loved getting to swim around the waterfalls. September was a good time to go for us. The weather was cool and cloudy, but no rain, we got lucky!

    Good tour, nice place

Barton Creek is a short 30-40min drive San Ignacio. The caving experience itself is about an hour. Pretty place, worth seeing in my opinion.

Fun alternative to see some caves in St. Ignacio!

Awesome tour. Guide picked me up where I was staying. Gave us good instructions and had good equipment. Nice tour and explanation of things. Definitely an awesome cave!

The journey through the cave on the canoe was relaxing and informative. The cave structure was amazing with some tall caverns.

So we paddled into a cave…

A big thank you to Marlon for guiding us into the the depths of the Mayan underworld and back. Cave canoeing was an amazing experience and Marlon made it fun, safe, and provided great information. The snacks were great too.

    Wow!!

Francisco was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Mayans. The experience he gave us canoeing in Barton Creek Cave was amazing!! We say many breathtaking structures and had quite an adventure squeezing through and under tight places. I would totally recommend this tour, especially if Francisco is your guide!!
