Worst experience they were set to pick us up at 7am. Woke up at 5am so we make sure we ate before the adventure. 7am came and they never pick us up. Tried to reach them multiple times and not answer even Viator customer service tried to reach them and nothing. We stayed waiting almost till 9am since we look up instruction and stated estimate pick up was 7am so we gave them 2 hours and they never came. Worst experience to have when we could have been doing something else during our vacation.

Great day -fantastic memories

Everything was great. The traveling time is quite significant but overall it was fantastic. We were able to see a family of 3 whales which was simply amazing. The El Limone waterfall was breathtaking the view itself was worth it. The horseback ride up and down was an experience which I would have pass over should we have known (the horses walk in and around coral formations and the trail is not filled which makes it very slippery for them as well as increasing the risk of injuries to their legs). Apart from that, we had a great day and memories that we will carry. Not recommended for young kids or for people with mobility problems as you go down some 300 steps and of course, the same amount going back up.
