There was a disconnect...

There was a disconnect between the management at the Wyndham, Alltra Samana, Dominican Republic and Viator. The driver for our excursion was stuck at the gate of the Wyndham Hotel property for an hour as we tried to work through why he was not allowed onto the property to pick up our family for the excursion. We were on the phone with the Viator help support and also speaking with the Wyndham management staff to get the driver onto the property. We were not told ahead of time by Viator that the driver would not be allowed to drive on to the property to pick up our family. The help support did a very good job of trying to work through the problem. After the driver finally got on to pick us up everything was phenomenal. The driver was very courteous. The staff at the restaurant were we at was excellent. The food was very tasty. Our 6 handlers for the 6 horses were amazing. They were very in tuned with managing the horses and keeping us safe on the trail which was treacherous in spots. The waterfall was an amazing God made wonder. Our family really loved it. After a very rough beginning we had a lifelong memory at the El Limon Waterfall excursion.
