Great experience at the mine, where you can dig for your own amethyst stone to bring home. Wear extra layers as it was extremely cold and windy.
Our driver is excellent, though unfortunately we were unable to communicate due to language barrier. Suggest for tour agency to consider postponing pick up time to 30-60 min later as we reached the mine an hour early and our poor driver had to make small talk with us in simple English. Also, no hot juice included.

Stupenda esperienza, organizzata molto bene! La nostra guida ci ha prelevato fuori dal nostro alloggio, e ha guidato per quasi due ore, rispondendo a domande e risultando molto disponibile. Una volta arrivati in miniera il programma continua con la salita della collina con il gatto delle nevi color ametista, e le successive spiegazioni in miniera riguardo al tipo di rocce che si possono trovare lì. Poi arriva la parte di scavo dove si può provare a trovare la propria ametista fortunata :) se ne può portare a casa una, ma se se ne trovano di più è possibile portarle a casa con pochi euro (2/3€).

Excelente tour, debes de ir a conocer la mina y tener una experiencia con unas pistas tan lindas como la Amatista, es a casi 2 horas de Rovaniemi pero vale la pena

Un long périple pour si peu de choses , nous avons loger à rovaniemi, donc sur les 6h d’activités il y a en moyenne 3h aller/retour de transport car c’est vraiment pas à coter , après vous attendez le bus chasse neige , aller retour je pense 45 min en plus de la pause dans une auberge c’est encore 1h de perdu ..
Après 30 min d’explication dans une auberge où ils expliquent tout sur les pierres , vous avez accès enfin à la mine! Mais ce que l’on ne vous dit pas c’est que vous avez 10 min pour trouver votre jolie pierre ( si vous la trouver ) !! Alors soyez rapide !
Après cela vous ressortez et c’est terminer ! Retour à la case trajet ! Encore .. total de l’activité (-1h)
Je trouve que le tarif est exorbitant.
Si je dois dire une choses possitive c’est que le chauffeur du bus était souriant et agréable .
