The best experience is meeting Santa.The village is beautiful and a must do in your bucket list.
The lights at santa Village is amazing and to cross over to the artic circle is a blaze.Wave at the camera so your friends can see you waving if they are online website.

La actividad estaba programada para 2 horas y media, y en realidad solo fue por 1 hora teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de transporte y una hora "free" que dió el guía antes de retornar a la ciudad. En la descripción mencionan que "Después de publicar cartas en la oficina de correos de Santa, puede comprar regalos y recuerdos. En invierno, puede experimentar la emoción de un safari corto en un trineo tirado por renos o perros esquimales, andar en trineo cuesta abajo y probar glöggi caliente (vino caliente) en el Ice Bar" pero de esto solamente se cumplió la visita a la oficina de correos de Santa, en la cual no se verían Elfos por ninguna parte y se convierte mas en un espacio muy comercial. Luego de una visita muy rápida a la oficina de correos, ver a Santa y cruzar el círculo, la guía dijo que teníamos el resto de tiempo libre y que nos veríamos en una hora aproximadamente para retornar. Llegamos con 5 minutos de retraso al sitio de encuentro y ya el bus se había ido sin nosotros, aun cuando en la mañana tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos a otros turistas que iban en el mismo bus. Compramos este plan pensando en el trineo con renos y el glöggi caliente, pero no hicieron nada de esto aun teniendo el tiempo para hacerlo. Muy decepcionante esta experiencia, realmente no vale la pena pagar por esto, resulta mejor hacer este plan por cuenta propia.

But the real situation was a bit diffetent. I would not tell that we have to call you, when we pick up the group from the hotel. The total duration of this program is 2.5h tour includes transfer, guided tour, visit to Santa Claus and FREE TIME for shopping/reindeer riding/visiting cafes(riding, cafes and shopping are not included in tour). The guide was with you in Santa Vilage from 10 to 11.30, after you had an hour and you could spend it as you saw fit. At Santa's post office the group had 20 minutes to send the cards, which was enough time for the rest of the tourists. Sorry if you thought it wasn't enough.
The return transfer was at 12.30, the group is waiting for you, at 12.45 the guide call to you and send SMS, you didn’t show up. Only at 12.53,when the bus was gone you called, but we could do nothing. Let's tell the truth, you was late more than 5 min.The other people cannot wait, it has a schedule that must be followed.
I am very sorry that misunderstandings of the program and communication with the guide caused your dissatisfaction.
