We had an unforgettable day on the Bike and Bites tour in Rotterdam with Rob! Our cruise ship arrived late, but Rob and Paul were incredibly accommodating, working seamlessly to ensure we could still complete tour without missing a beat. Their flexibility and warm, welcoming vibe set the tone for an amazing experience. Rob was fantastic with our kids, keeping them engaged, entertained, and safe throughout the entire tour. His enthusiasm made them feel so special, and they’re still talking about him! The biking route was perfect, showcasing Rotterdam’s vibrant sights, and every food stop was a delicious dive into local flavors that we all loved. Rob’s focus on safety while cycling gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. This is a fantastic company, and their professionalism, combined with Rob’s outstanding guidance, made this tour a highlight of our trip. We’d book with them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rotterdam!

I booked this cycling tour from Rotterdam. Unfortunately due to insufficient numbers I was unable to do the bike tour on the day I booked, but I was able to do a walking tour the next day. I was glad that I booked this trip. This was a return trip to Rotterdam for me, and I found that the tour took me to places in Rotterdam that I didn’t see during my first trip, so for that alone, the trip was worth it. I didn’t know that there was a surfing attraction in Rotterdam, but I saw it during the tour. The tour ended at an establishment by the water with amazing views. This is another location in Rotterdam I knew nothing about and didn’t see during my last trip to Rotterdam. There are many establishments where you can eat in Rotterdam, and the places used for our small bites were well chosen.

Not the best experience

My guide got aick and they asked me if ok to change to a later time. They said they would confirm the time. I received my voucher and it was for 12:30. When I got to the bike place nobody was there. I called, emailed and texted the person and din’t answer any of the three. At the end, I went on the tour and it was ok. Wish we had better food to taste and wish the guy did give us more time to see the architercture and talked more about it.

After checking with the other participants I changed the time to 13:30 in the afternoon of the day before your tour, which for some reason was not reflected in your voucher (it was for the other Viator participants). Bike tour with snacks

When the shutter door opened Annie’s greeted us with a smile and sorted out our bikes,then the tour started, what a joy, everyone (10) was chatty and friendly. In total we covered 10 km but it was in short bursts with tasty snacks to eat, and toward the end it included 3 beers. Very informative and a pleasure to be involved in. Would highly recommend!!

An entertaining and delicious tour, taking in a wide range of the culinary delights of Rotterdam. Tim was a fantastic tour host; we learned a lot about the history of the city and sampled many foods. I really recommend this tour; fun, informative and delicious!
