Farouk was an excellent driver and tour guide. We opted for a stop in Delft and a riding tour of Amsterdam. The only thing I would have done differently is to spend more time in Delft. It is a charming city! There was a street market and I would have I wish we had spent more time there.

Great communication with Viator prior to pick up day and on pick up day. This was reassuring since reservations were made months in advance. Pick up time was changed with ease. Driver made contact with us morning of pickup and arrived on time at port to drive us to the airport without delays.

The driver Faroque was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and prompt. He spoke several languages one of which was english. He was easily understood. He took us to the highlights of the area and was a good historian. Gladly use the service again. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, well maintained.
