I went with my son. The guide didn’t speak English and was going so fast. No instructions on how to do it. If you are not an experienced atv rider don’t do this excursion.

Thank you for your booking and for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with the statements in your review. Before the activity, our host and driver provided all necessary instructions in English, and all required safety equipment was supplied. The ATV ride itself is designed to be calm and suitable for beginners, taking place on forest trails with only mild sandy sections. The average riding speed is approximately 15–30 km/h (10–20 mph). A professional lead rider was at the front of the group at all times, with the primary responsibility of ensuring everyone's safety and maintaining a comfortable pace. In addition, our English-speaking host accompanied you throughout the experience. He communicated with you in English during both the drive to and from the activity, provided local recommendations, and even shared a self-guided walking tour of Riga with you afterward. We also made special transportation arrangements based on the information provided in your booking regarding the participants' weight, renting a larger minivan specifically to ensure your comfort. Upon arrival, it became clear that the information provided in the booking was inaccurate, but we still completed the tour without any issues. Finally, this ATV experience has been one of our most popular products for over 18 years and has welcomed thousands of guests, including many first-time riders. This is the first review claiming that the tour was unsuitable for beginners. While we respect every guest's opinion, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the experience we provide or the safety standards we maintain.
