Our walking tour in the Art Nouveau district of Riga with Toms was a wonderful experience! He expertly combined fascinating facts about Art Nouveau, explaining its origins, its development across Europe and Riga’s unique position. He brought along a number of printouts to highlight specific details and draw comparisons to its interpretation in other cities and the wider arts. His presentation was both highly informative and entertaining. We were also privileged to visit the Riga Art Nouveau Centre, an authentic Art Nouveau apartment, which Toms had recommended and which we thoroughly enjoyed.
