    There was no experience! Very cumbersome and complicated and you have to go through several registrations and in the end you communicate with the support because the game or audiobook does not start. The support doesn't really help you because you have to be short and concise with your questions. Then the support is simply closed after three messages, because one would not be replied after one minute. Money's gone, and that's just messing around and ripping it off. Never again!!!
