Upon entering the van, I was immediately impressed by the luxurious leather seats, generous legroom, and expansive tinted windows that afforded stunning views, and I knew I was in for a comfortable journey. Our driver, Tommy, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, delivering a warm welcome and providing engaging commentary replete with interesting facts about our journey and New Zealand. His dedication to creating a memorable experience was evident in the thoughtful touches and surprises he had arranged along the way. The meticulous attention to detail was palpable throughout. Sometimes people find it crazy that we would take out an entire row of seats, but this is why - it makes such a big difference to the guest experience and is well worth it for what is a big day from Queenstown. Tommy is a great guide, and has so much energy for looking after his guests above & beyond what is usually expected. We are really glad you enjoyed your small group tour with us and would travel with us again, thank you for supporting a small family business!
Fantastic day trip, long but well worth it! Bus trip is long but scenic and enjoyable. Our guide Adrian was wonderful- informative and friendly. I very much recommend.

Don’t rely on Viatar they gave me wrong meeting place and wrong tour company I think this is enough we had to find meeting location on our own almost missed tour

We had a fantastic experience with Luxe Tours on the Queenstown to Milford Sound tour.
The communication before, during and after booking was excellent — always quick, clear, and very helpful, which gave us great confidence from the start.
The drive is long, but our driver Tommy made it extremely enjoyable. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very professional, which made the journey feel much easier and more relaxed. He even stood in the rain to offer umbrellas to us throughout the tour. We stopped along the way for photos and had plenty of toilet breaks, which was very much appreciated.
The van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of legroom. Everything felt well organised and smooth throughout the day.
On the cruise, we had a reserved table, and we had pre-booked the pie for lunch. I honestly thought it would be average, but it was actually delicious — the pie and the side salad were both surprisingly good.
Overall, I am very, very pleased with the company and the tour experience. I would definitely book with Luxe Tours again and would happily recommend them to friends without hesitation.
