Relaxation mixed with Thrill

Maryella from Bay island cruise was attentive and very thorough in setting expectations and instructions of this tour. The day started off with a box lunch. One person was vegan and she made sure when we reached our 1st destination to the boat that a vegetarian sandwich and fruit was waiting for her. The Bay island cruises was all inclusive we had a boat with on board shower and flowing snacks to include fresh fruit and dessert. A live dj and a paid bar. The hospitality continues when we reached the island where we had our own section with our own chairs, bathroom and benches for our lunch. Our bar and dj followed us from the boat to land. Lunch was very good and the dj also played the saxophone where he played a welcome song when we got off the boat to live jazz while having lunch. We had a chance to snorkel which the crew was attentive to those who could not swim as well while showing everyone interesting sea life. The thrill came with the banna boat ride, which Maryella took pictures of each of us and the group for a keep sake. On thr way back she made sure the air was adjusted to the group needs as well s As provided a restroom stop. To take it further Theresa's a blackout in the rest area as we were there and she made sure to find everyone and provide light. Overall the tour was great, great relaxation on the boat and land for those who wanted it and great thrill seeking activities for this who wanted it. Will book again

Everything was good except had to wait long time for bus and the snorkeling was not the best area for snorkeling as i did not see much.

The best part was certainly the super service offered by the crew on board and on the beach! And the real 5 hours spent on the island. The island is nice, but I expected actually a better, clear water.. It was very dirty instead for a Caribbean island.

Day in Paradise

Tortuga Island is a paradise! You couldn't imagine a place so beautiful. Lots of activities offered on the island for an amazing price. We snorkeled, Jet Skiied, paddleboarded and had great food, a full day in the sun, and relaxed. The staff was unbelievably nice and the drinks were well priced. Can't recommend this enough

Destination Services is just a broker for this tour and it is actually provided by Bay Island Cruises. I almost did not get picked up because Destination Services did not pay Bay Island Cruises, spent almost 2 hours chasing them and straightening the whole mess. You’re basically just paying for pickup & catamaran ride and some food. Guide spoke mostly spanish and little english and was confused most of the time on what’s happening. Too crowded even with covid restrictions. Spent most of the time in the bus with pickups and traffic. Catamaran was very slow and could have cut down travel time in half if it was faster. They give you 5 hours stay on the beach and any activity is extra. Even exploring the island outside of beach area is extra $. They purposely block cell services internet so that you have to pay for their wifi services. Would recommend skipping this and go on an eco tour.

Muy bonita Isla, para llegar en catamarán el trayecto es largo 1:40 min, el senderismo super recomendado para tener una vista espectacular, el guía Jordan super bien calificado y muy atento.

El operador fue bueno, pero la playa estaba muy sucia. Había mucha basura incluidos plásticos, etc. .
