AIRPORT PICKUPS Your driver will be waiting just outside customs with a sign displaying your name or group name. We monitor all incoming flights, so if your plane is delayed or arrives early, your driver will adjust accordingly. We provide a complimentary waiting period (e.g., 30–60 minutes after landing). Beyond that, additional waiting fees may apply. Our drivers will help you collect and load your luggage into the vehicle. HOTEL/VILLA/RESORT PICKUPS Please provide your villa/resort name and any gate codes or directions for private properties. You’ll receive your driver’s name, phone/WhatsApp number, and vehicle details in advance. Complimentary waiting time (e.g., 10–15 minutes) in case you’re running a little late. PRIVATE RESIDENCE PICKUPS Please share a Google Maps pin or detailed address, since some areas may not be well-marked. GENERAL NOTES FOR ALL PICKUPS Car seats/boosters are available upon request (let us know in advance). Please inform us of extra-large luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.) so we can send the right vehicle. Communication is key we recommend keeping your phone/WhatsApp active upon arrival to ensure smooth coordination.
