very nice friendly & instructive tour, getting counted story of discovery of cabo verde in 14ies century , by visiting this forteres , and green valley surrounding it, then visit of the old city president palace , & market, cultural & historical tour nicely accompagnied guided by ivana & driver who were realy friendly & profesionnal at the same time, i recommend a must do in Praia & for knowing the history of the country

The tour was very well organised and thorough, and the team from Bu Country Tours was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. I was lucky enough to do this tour on my own with Alex, who taught me a lot about the culture and history of Cabo Verde. He was super informative and willing to answer all my questions, and he was generally a joy to spend the day with. Would absolutely recommend this tour!

Gina was more than a tour guide but became a wonderful companion and friend the entire 2 days we spent together exploring Praia, Cidade Velha and the rest of Santiago island all the way up to Tarrafal! Visite de Cidade Velha avec chauffeur et guide privé (Americano) très sympathiques.
Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses intéressantes sur l’histoire du Cap Vert et sa colonisation. Ensuite nous sommes allés voir Praia et son incroyable marché. C’est un tour que nous recommandons vivement pour découvrir Praia et ses environs, à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Nous avons pu découvrir la jolie ville de Cidade Velha, puis une partie de Praia, et apprendre leurs secrets d'histoire passionnants grâce à notre guide qui a su nous présenter les choses avec beaucoup de pédagogie et de gentillesse.
La visite était agréablement rythmée entre petites marches pour se dégourdir, visites de monuments, et déplacements en véhicule pendant lesquels nous avions des explications complémentaires sur le Cap vert, sa géographie et son histoire.
Le guide autant que son chauffeur étaient très sympathiques et flexibles, nous avons passé un très bon moment!
