You should know that the activity I booked said "Sunset Boat Tour with Aperitif in Portofino" - very deceiving!!!! The tour leaves from Rapallo which is nowhere near Portofino and it would have been $100 EU just to get from Portofino to Rapallo via taxi! I lost my money and am NOT happy. Viator should get rid of this vendor.

With 1 hr before departure we’re told boat had motor issues. We watched boat come back from previous tour with zero issues. Only issue was we were the only couple to book. So the cancelled last minute and shiut down early.

Marina took us on a tour of Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and San Fruttoso that was unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and had many unique stories to share with us which suited our interests. The boat was comfortable and shaded which was a nice touch. We would strongly recommend Marina for your tour by water.

This sunset cruise was beyond expectations.. There were just four of us. As you can tell by the pictures our weather was perfect. Our captain was very good at her job.

We drove for few hours from Florence for this tour. Once we arrived they told us that the tour is canceled because there were only two of us. They took half an hour (practically the whole sunset) to give us a refund when they said it has to be processed online. They told us that the sea is windy when even sail boats were in the sea, few other companies we learned later were able to take the sunset ride. Very unprofessional.

Nessuno ti ha detto che il tour non si facesse perchè eravate solamente in 2, perchè noi eroghiamo il servizio anche con una persona eventuale!
con voi erano presenti altre persone che sono state avvisate poco prima e non si sono presentate.
il tour con aperitivo è più soggetto a cancellazioni di un classico tour in barca perchè deve essere somministrato da mangiare e da bere , e per farlo le condizioni del mare devono essere pressochè perfette.
quel giorno durante il pomeriggio è salito vento e il mare stava aumentando.
per questo motivo siete stati rimborsati COMPLETAMENTE e subito!

This sunset tour is an experience not easily forgotten…..the peacefulness of the ride and getting to feed the fish and experience the beauty of portofino……just do it!

Great experience cruising the coast of Portofino at sunset. The boat was clean, good Prosecco and light snacks and the coastline is truly wonderful.

We loved seeing Portofino and the surrounding towns from the water! Marina, our guide, was very kind and engaging. The boat was new and clean, and we loved having music as we sailed. Luca gave great customer service and helped us find a work around when the tour we chose ended up needing to be cancelled. This was definitely a very comfortable and enjoyable tour!
