Nothing about this booking was good. Got a message after I had already arrived at my pickup point, to arrive half an hour later. Sat at pickup point for extra thirty minutes, only to get another message that the trip had been canceled 30 minutes later because of weather. Can't beleive it went from a 30 minute delay to a cancelation. A late cancelation spoils the rest of the day, especially when your limited for time.

First time we had both ever been in a helicopter.Great stuff. Pity it didn't land at ABC as my son and i did a trek there in 2018 and saw the copters land and take off from there It was excellent anyway and would have been better if the weather hadn't obscured Fishtail from Mardi High Camp.

Poor customer service, no trip

2 hour wait in hotel parking lot for pickup, no word from tour operator. Finally got in touch with company, who offered to move the day (not possible given my itinerary) and then cancelled the flight entirely.

Sometimes, the airlines have to wait for a good weather in which case, flight can be delayed and most often Airlines does inform the traveler. It's the first occurence in our service that you didn't get any word. We will pass this on to the airlines. We do offer lifetime date change and full refund policy in bad weather conditions which we surely have offered you. Again, thank you so much for communicating this to us and we'll definitely never let this circumstance be repeated again.
